You are making the assumption that the Iranian leaders care more about religious reward than clinging to their power. If this was the case, and they were truly ready to die, why wait for the nuclear program to develop? Why not lead the charge in a suicidal ground invasion of Israel right away? No, I think the Ayatollah and "President" care far too much about their comfortable dominion to ever initiate certain war with either the U.S. or Israel.

American Jews are American citizens who have the right under our First Amendment to organize, lobby and influence our govt. The money is American money, not foreign money. Are you suggesting that America deprive its Jewish citizens of their constitutional rights?

Why dishonest? After all the sales talk you elect whoever you deem most suitable to lead your nation. The American public are not responsible for what happens next-all you can do is hope that the person elected will stick to his electoral promises. If he doesn't and his administration's foreign policy is at odds with what you voted on, then there's that clear separation of Americans, the people, from America's, the government's, actions.
