There needs to be a re-definition of how 'Mass Shootings' are calculated. Simply having it be 4 or more dead, doesn't give any context to the specific issues that cause mass shootings outside of gangland wars.

The sad truth is that neither party gives a damn about you, your health, your money, your life! And the vast majority are either suicide or gang shootings. As many die in car wrecks but we dont want to ban them. If the national speed limit were 45 mph, many lives would be saved but no one wants that.
Blaming Republicans for Democrat controlled cities issues is the height of partisanship. Urban areas have been fully controlled by Democrats for decades, and they have pushed massive amounts of legislation trying to curb violence... all has failed. The problem Democrats don't understand is that you can't legislate your way to safety. That isnt how it works. With all of the agendas to prop up collective ideals, remove personal responsibilty, negate the family unit, remove religion... and then try to legislate morality.... it doesn't work. But hey, if you want to keep on blaming Republicans because Democrats clearly can't figure out how to lead, that's all you.
We really ought to just quit counting "mass shootings" and count "random public shootings" instead. Must be in a public or semi-public place, and must involve a suspect and victims who don't know each other or where the victims are randomly selected by the shooter. These are the type of shootings everyone is so concerned about anyway.
