He wasn't Trumps Lawyer in 2017. He was a Cyber Security adviser for the Trump administration at that point.

He was still Trump's lawyer at that point and, on top of that, Trump was literally asking "Where's Rudy?" when Rudy was sitting directly in front of him. Think.

It literally shows him seated directly in front of Trump. Please try actually watching the video. Trump is asking "Where's Rudy?" and Rudy is sitting directly in front of them. The video I provided shows this. Please try watching it.

I wouldnt consider 14 days before the transition to be an intermission of the transition.

I'm referring to what happened on 1/6. Some people did some things, that caused a delay in the certification process.

No, it shows 2 seconds of the back of a balding old man's head before cutting off the 27 second video down to 20 seconds. Regardless he wasn't Trumps attorney.

A intermission of the election process, not the transition that occurred 14 days later

    Fact: Trump asked "Where's Rudy?"
Fact: Rudy was sitting directly in front of him.

I'm sorry the facts upset you, but they are still facts.

Other than Trump not attending (which Biden didn't want him to) the inauguration it looked like a peaceful transfer to me.

Too bad the actual EC count wasn't quite so peaceful.

Like I said, some people did some stuff. By the end of the day Biden was certified our next POTUS. What's the problem?

The problem is that people tried to overthrow our elections, overthrow our Constitution, and install the loser as an unelected dictator anyway. "But he failed" doesn't really change the fact that he tried.

So we agree that Trump tried to overthrow our elections. Good.

Im not denying it is the back of Rudys head. And not denying that he didnt SEE Rudy sitting in front of him. Trump wasnt looking in front of him in the first 18 seconds of the 20 second video. Just that the video doesnt show it. And still, he wasnt Trumps lawyer at the time and was instead a recently appointed advisor.

He challenged the election results. A frequent occurrence in our elections. Democrats made similar attempts to challenge Trumps election in 2016.

The steps he took are not "frequent" and, frankly hadn't been attempted before. It went well beyond what Dems attempted in 2016. Not even close.
