All that does it maintain something's illegality. It was illegal before and it's illegal now. The only thing that's changed is that non-closely related same sex people are now permitted to marry. The legislation hasn't made something illegal that wasn't illegal before, period.

I could copy and paste them all here to show the complete absence of any law that prohibits closely related couples of the same sex from marrying, but was instead giving you the opportunity to show us any law that does. And Ive provided the new text that will make it a prohibited marriage. the text that previously only prohibited marriage between closely related couples of the opposite sex. What more do you want?
