It was widely, and falsely, reported on social media that Gaige Grosskreutz is a felon and, thus, was not legally entitled to possess the gun. This is false. He is not a felon.

He does, however, have a prior misdemeanor conviction for intoxicated use of a firearm in Wisconsin, online records show. He received probation in that 2015 case, records reveal.

No he was not a felon. He did have 6 misdemeanors that I could see and 1 or two involved drunkeness and a gun. He's not the choir boy he was trained to portray. I saw that when he stated he could not take a life as his profession dictated. If that was true, what in the hell was he doing with a concealed loaded Glock in the back of his waistband? What was he doing holding that gun to the head of a 17 year old boy? I'll tell you why....He is a member of the Peoples Revolution......a party affiliated with the Marxist BLM!

How is this thread 66 pages? The Democrat case against Rittenhouse was completely frivolous from the beginning, and charges should never have been brought against him. Clear-cut case of self-defense. I've even seen some articles about TYT dimwit, Anna Kasparian, admit the case is total BS. What could Democrats still be arguing about for 66 pages?

If you are walking down the street and a guy appears to threaten you and you shoot him you claim self-defense and get off.

If a cop is shooting at you and you shoot back and kill him why can't you claim self-defense and walk free? After all, he was definitely trying his best to kill you in violation of the constitution.

Have you not been watching the trial? The only people that haven't tuned into some portions of this trial are essentially hardcore lefties that can't deal with the overall terrible optics this case has presented in regards to the extreme rhetoric and lies that's being disseminated by Democrat propagandists and government officials on a daily basis. Once the prosecutor's witnesses confirmed that Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense, my Democrat friends were totally uninterested and uncomfortable talking about it. In self-defense, Kyle Rittenhouse killed a communist dude that was charged with 11 counts of child molestation by grand jury for inappropriately touching five boys with his frontal extremity, including an instance of anal sex. Everyone thinks he's a hero cause he's a hero. And BTW... there are so many pedophiles residing on the left side of the political spectrum. Hunter Biden is another one as I've demonstrated to you with pictures. Do you think it's a problem that pedophiles are drawn towards the Democrat Party like it's the Catholic Church?

Yeah... There's no winning for the Democrats in the Rittenhouse case. You guys really need to ****. That's my best advice. If someone like Anna Kasparian realizes this case is dopey, then it's time to do some soul-searching. No need squabbling over little details to prove the Republicans are spreading BS. The very existence of this case demonstrates that Democrats are BS liars that are totally fine with their side abusing power and discretion to prosecute an innocent individual they view as a political enemy. No one believes this trial would have occurred if Kyle Rittenhouse was black or left-wing. Why? Because the prosecutor, and many others like him, have already decided not to prosecute other killings and violent acts associated with the Democrat riots.

Not Guilty is my call. I was wrong about the Derek Chauvin, but I never went to 100% certainty. I don't think. I'm 100% certain Rittenhouse will be exonerated. One of the aggrieved parties that was changed his tune on whether it was self-defense as soon as he was confronted by the video tape of him pointing a gun at Rittenhouse despite having a plea deal wherein he would not be charged for the many crimes he committed that night if he testified against the Rittenhouse. He wasn't going to risk perjury charges just so Democrats could fabricate a crime against Rittenhouse. The prosecutor knows it's over right now. He's trying to introduce character evidence like the Defendant's right to remain silence in order to demonstrate that he's guilty for not talking to the police investigating him. It's desperation time.
