But is obvious from the totality of videos that the city was not civilized on that night. And the reason for that unrest was politicians and MSM who jumped to conclusions and/or outright lied about the Blake shooting. These lies are the primary contributing factor, among dozens of factors, that led to the deaths of Rosenbaum and Hubert, imo.

I may be mistaken, but from the totality of videos I've watched over the trial, more people were protecting property with fire extinguishers than were carrying firearms. Armed and unarmed people were everywhere with fire extinguishers. It's clear that the general public was in fear of their city burning. And considering the context of the riots in other cities, and the destruction there, their fears were justified. The police were simply watching cars and other property being lit afire. Fires spread. Rittenhouse was acting reasonably. The politicians who encouraged this crap were not.

When the city politicians won't allow local police to do their jobs, its time for armed citizens to take control.
Its time to take this country back and stand these entitled brats down.

He only did what at one time all real men in America would have done in response to a violent riot by anarchists.

Sadly today, many men have been neutered by liberalism (that claims masculinity is toxic), the left and a society run by lawyers.

And stop calling violent riots a "protest."

I'm shocked! SHOCKED I say! I sincerely hope that the police have words with GG for both conceal and carrying an unlicensed weapon as well as lying on a police report during an investigation...

Rittenhouse wasn't making them stand down. If he were, he would be guilty of Rosenbaum's murder. We need to do what the videos show Rittenhouse apparently doing: put out fires and don't argue with anyone.

The DA probably gave him immunity for testifying against a white guy trying to defend himself. Now if there had been a door in front of Kyle and the people he shot were trying to come through it, then he would have been justified in shooting them.

In America, we are going to see more and more armed citizens when the police are told to take a back seat. I want to see laws overturned in States that say you can't use deadly force to protect property.

But if you are a self identified Communist and you have a gun and a Molotov cocktail you definitely belong at a leftist protest! Don't tell Americans where they belong armed or unarmed!

I don't agree with deadly force to defend property. But i do think property can be defended. I believe you can, and should, organize people in your community to put out fires and render aid. And it's ridiculous to ask citizens to do that unarmed. It's clear that if Kyle was unarmed while putting out the fires, he would have been seriously beaten, perhaps killed. I do not agree with this notion that people should run and hide from arsonists.

It is apparent from the videos and even the prosecutions own witnesses. What is so pitiful are the commentators at CNN almost crying that this guy who was LAWFULLY defending himself isn't going to jail. They don't care about the evidence "HE SHOULDN"T HAVE BEEN THERE" so he should go to jail for life. Just pitiful. I hope he can sue the crap out of some of them AND President BIDEN.

Property is the life blood of America. Before America property ownership was not widespread. Stealing horses was a capitol offence because it was the mode of transportation and lives depended on it. If a man owns a store, and you want to burn it down, you not only endanger him (especially if he's in it) but you endanger his ability to earn a livelihood. I think it is fully warranted that a person should use deadly force to prevent that from happening. Let's keep rioters and looters honest!

When the police don't enforce the law, there is no law.

"a gun is man's greatest equalizer"

rittenhouse is a punk kid...this is not a derogatory description..most 17-year-old boys are punks

he wanted to be famous and even made a video saying as much

he also said prior to the night of the muderers, he wished he could shoot criminals painting graffiti with his AR15

he was a punk kid roaming the street with a rifle similar to rifles used in combat

a punk with a gun is a dangerous person..way more dangerous that a punk without a gun

actually, the world is lucky only 2 people were killed..he had 30 full metal jacket bullets loaded and ready

had he been a mature adult and had his momma had any sense, they would have known to stay away from a riot

the video shows he did indeed act in self defense..

    BUT

if he did not have a gun, he would not have been singled out by the people he killed

kinda like a guy goes to a bar , starts a fight, gets his ass whipped..then files assault charges

he is not on trial for being a dumb punk kid that brought a rifle to a rock fight

if he really intended on helping people, he should have played fireman and worn body armor to protect himself from rocks

my guess is this punk kid will walk away unscathed from this trial and move to another state

but his trial will have results the same as OJ Simpson

yes, OJ was found not guilty

but that does not make him innocent ..

rittenhouse is a punk that is a very dangerous kid

and sadly, it looks like he will be made a hero when in fact he is nothing more than a punk

and like OJ...rittenhouse will go to jail later in his life

    you can bank on it

rittenhouse should at least be barred from owning a gun

he is a danger to society

And as he was sitting there with his attorney, a black woman who had no doubt coached him into what to say, both of them just forgot to mention he was a felon and illegal possession of a gun that day .

    I can sense your anger.

And yet no criticism of the adult pedophiles and communists that chased him down.

I wonder why that is, but not really.

Yup and Kyle's lawyer was a pro at exposing his attempts to lie about his gun permit.

He was singled out because he put out a fire. This enraged Rosenbaum and he went after him.

One fallacy after another. Like the absurd strawman reference to OJ. Or the comment about starting a bar fight and then calling the police -- which actually applies to the anarchists who attacked Rittenhouse. Your analogy is backwards.

Stream of consciousness writing can be effective and/or entertaining, but only for someone who is a great writer. Just saying.

Per your logic, people, if they had sense, should have stayed away from Lexington and Concord.

The danger to society is the good men who do nothing and allow anarchists and terrorists to run amok.
