    I hope Trump picks him for his VP, and then he'll have an even better chance in '28, provided Trump wins the election in Nov.

    I liked him a lot too.

    No i get it, but i think it makes it easier for democrats to run commercials using the vp's words against the president candidate. You just run ads of DeSantis criticism of trump over and over. Easier to pick someone who wasnt running and thats what we will likely see imo.

    You're banking on the fact that voters will vote for a convicted felon.

    30% of conservatives say they won't vote for Trump if he is convicted in any of the 4 criminal cases he faces.

    How do you expect to convince them that it's okay to vote for a criminal like POTUS?
