Zelensky shutting down another house of worship.

'Following a pattern we’ve seen before, the government of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ordered the closure of the ancient Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra monastery and the eviction of the monks and other religious figures who live there. Since that time, police have been stopping and inspecting every vehicle coming into or out of the complex. While some of the monks and nuns from the cave monastery have left, many more have refused, resulting in a standoff that continued today.'

'The Russian Orthodox Church has already been effectively iced out of Ukraine under Zelenski, and that process began before the invasion took place. Zelensky hasn’t been shy about silencing or “canceling” anyone who is perceived as being one of his critics. This applies to journalists, with several news outlets being closed after covering stories critical of his government. He also outlawed the opposition party and imprisoned one of his chief political opponents.'

No wonder Biden likes this guy.

You must be mistaken. I was told very firmly by someone here the Ukraine is neither corrupt nor authoritarian.

Which is kinda weird in that when they were defending "The Big Guy" getting Hunter's prosecutor fired, they justified it by claiming that Ukraine was one of the most corrupt governments on the planet.

Lukashenko Teases Belarus Hosting Russian Strategic Nukes While Urging 'Truce'
    "without preconditions"

"As a result of the efforts of the United States and its satellites, a full-scale war has been unleashed in [Ukraine]... a third world war with nuclear fires looms on the horizon."

"We must stop now, before an escalation begins. I'll take the risk of suggesting an end of hostilities... a declaration of a truce."

'"All territorial, reconstruction, security and other issues can and should be settled at the negotiation table, without preconditions," added Lukashenko.'

And they will, at some point, the only question is how many more dead, wounded, and displaced before the West, too, is ready to negotiate peace?

'Last weekend, Russia's Vladimir Putin announced plans to station tactical nuclear weapons in neighboring Belarus for the first time since the war in Ukraine began. Lukashenko addressed this, saying the step is necessary due to "unprecedented" Western pressure on Belarus.'

The next step, if this doesn't dent the thick heads of the West's warmongers are 'intercontinental nuclear missiles, which would indeed be taken as a huge escalation by Europe and the US.'

"Putin and I will decide and introduce here, if necessary, strategic weapons, and they must understand this, the scoundrels abroad, who today are trying to blow us up from inside and outside," he said. "We will stop at nothing to protect our countries, our state and their peoples.”

'"We will protect our sovereignty and independence by any means necessary, including through the nuclear arsenal," Lukashenko continued. "Don’t say we will just be looking after them, and these are not our weapons. These are our weapons and they will contribute to ensuring sovereignty and independence." He suggested Belarusian control over the nuclear weapons stationed on its territory, interestingly.'

Great, another nation is about to join the nuclear club, and they aren't in our coalition. But, Joe and his family are thoroughly bribed by the Ukrainians, the Chinese and even the Russians, so, there's that.

And there he is shaking hands with the man who has probably most supported and financially benefited from corruption in Ukraine. Oh, and let's not forget his son Hunter.

I don't believe for a second that Ukraine is becoming less corrupt. In fact, Ukraine and Russia are frequently mentioned as the two most corrupt countries in Europe. So please understand why I don't give a damn about either of those non-NATO countries and their crappy little war. We should not be involved in it.

This show Casey was right--when everything the American people believe is false, we will know the success of our misinformation efforts.

DeSantis is right to ask for an explanation of what US interests are in Ukraine, how much it will cost, how long it will take and what will be the result.

Prominent American Names Added to Ukrainian Kill List
'The now-infamous Ukrainian kill list known as Mirotvorets ("Peacekeeper") has added a number of prominent American names.'

'the list of “criminals to be eliminated” published by the fascist Mirotvorets gang in Ukraine: “Schiller Institute founder and leader Helga Zepp-LaRouche; Schiller Institute spokesman Harley Schlanger; former CIA officer and active anti-war activist Ray McGovern, the co-founder of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS), who has participated in Schiller Institute conferences; former UN weapons inspector Scott Ritter; and former U.S. Congresswoman and Democratic presidential pre-candidate Tulsi Gabbard. The Myrotvorets list is reported to have accumulated nearly 200,000 names since it was started in 2014 '

'Col. Black, who was wounded in Vietnam, served a total of 32 years in uniform first as a pilot for the US Marine Corps and later as an attorney for the US Army. He believes that he was added to the list because he publicly stated that he was against the wars the US is involved in abroad, including the war in Ukraine where the US is funding and supporting neo-Nazi groups such as Azov Battalion, Right Sector and Svoboda “(Freedom”).'

At link are grotesque pictures of the slaughtered bodies of those the Ukrainians have proudly slaughtered from this list.

Hate is not the operative emotion amongst conservatives that I know.

Anger is operative, not against the Ukrainian people, but against the corrupted part of the US Government that is wasting mountains of money presumably defending Ukrainian borders while not giving a damn about our own borders. Anger about the corruption shown by Biden against a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating his son's corrupt dealings with Burisma, while at the same time promoting political corruption in the US against his political enemies.

There is no 'Ukrainian people' on when it comes to this war:

There are Western and Central Ukrainian people, Donbas and Crimean people and ... the ones who benefit from the war: the Zelenskyy and Biden people.

Another two years of Biden and we'll need that wall, to stop Americans leaving and going to Mexico.

(some will go to Mexico especially once the violence and drug gangs at the border are eliminated, many may retire there, the health care is a lot cheaper.)

With the arrest of Biden's principal opponent, who is leading Biden in the polls, by a fellow Democrat, the 'United States ability to use “democracy” as foreign policy is gone.'

Time for a congressional debate and recorded vote on our Ukraine policy.
