The Indian Navy has been focusing on developing indigenous platforms, systems, sensors and weapons as part of the nation's modernisation and expansion of its maritime forces. As of November 2023, the Indian Navy has 67 vessels of various types under construction including destroyers, frigates, corvettes, conventional-powered and nuclear-powered submarines and various other ships.[1] It plans to build up to a total of 200 vessels and 500 aircraft by 2050. According to the Chief of the Naval Staff's statement in December 2020,[2] India has transformed from a buyer's navy to a builder's navy. (Future of the Indian Navy - Wikipedia)

INS Vikrant (pronounced [vikraːnt̪ə])[20] is an aircraft carrier in service with Indian Navy. The carrier is India's fourth carrier and the first to be built in India. It was constructed by the Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) in Kochi, Kerala. The namesake Vikrant is a tribute to India's first aircraft carrier INS Vikrant (1961). Vikrant means "courageous" in Sanskrit.[21] The motto of the ship, "जयेम सम् युधिस्पृधः" (Sanskrit), means "I defeat those who dare to challenge me" (English). It is currently one of two active aircraft carriers in the Indian Navy, the other being the flagship INS Vikramaditya.

(But is substandard by most modern measure.)

"Substandard by modern measure" is the state of the vast majority of the worlds obsolete navy vessels - none has the ability to defend against modern missile/drone warfare .. .. hard to call a vessel that is obsolete .. not "substandard"

Ahahaha... You forgot to add - "Russian missiles have only one week left at most". :roflol::roflol::roflol:

But the reality is this - Leopards burn, Bradleys burn, Abrams burn.... Patriots on fire.... The EU economy is on fire. By the way, the German Chamber of Industry said that 51% of all German companies are preparing to leave Germany. It is unprofitable to produce in Germany.
By the way, how are things going with migrants in Britain? Western media say that clashes have already spilled over to Ireland.... Soon the same thing will start happening in the U.S.:roflol::roflol::roflol:

The Russians won the war in Ukraine in 2022. Now there is just a mopping up going on. American military experts wrote about it in 2022. You can look it up. It's on this forum. The mopping up is taking a long time only because it is profitable for the Russians.
    1. Russians are fighting in a minority. There are 617,000 Russians. Ukrainians - 1300,000. "1.3 million personnel in the Ukrainian defense forces. They all need weapons and ammunition," said Seleznev, former head of the press service of the Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff.
2- Economically, the Russians benefit from a long war. Russia's economy is growing at an unprecedented rate, living standards are rising very strongly, industrial growth is the highest in the world (higher than even China's).
The economy of the West is being flushed down the toilet. EU and British economies are barely surviving at all.
    3. Long sweep shows the whole world - Russians are fighting fascism. That is why the number of countries supporting the Russians is increasing very fast. For example. Look how Putin and Lavrov are welcomed in Africa, Saudi Arabia, UAE... etc. And compare this with the attitude towards politicians in the US and EU. Remember how Blinken waited 18 hours for an audience with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. Look at the growth of BRICS and look at the shame of the G7.
    4. The internal political situation in Russia is super stable. While the internal political situation in the EU, Britain and the US is on the verge of collapse.
So, things are going great for the Russians.

Incontinence is a terrible thing. It can cause death as the effected people crap themselves to death. Sadly, the lies of the Russian propagandists is like a fire hose of lies and incontinence. Just a lot of feces with no results. Everything they spew is just a river of lies and feces.

Are those the stats for all SIX aircraft produced in the last decade? Or do the stats vary from plane to plane? (Just asking for a friend.)

well.....I only hope they use the OEM bearings and not the NSK knock-offs they used on those ballistic missiles they sold to Russia.....I mean using Toyota Car bearings in a missile is one thing (not the best idea but hey...) but using the cheap Chinese knock-off version....and then selling them to Russia....:D.....kindda sucks for Russia.
How many fell out of the sky last night?

some of these wee guys...:roflol::roflol::roflol:...and the ....ahahahaha....I think that's how it goes...;)

    1) Someone should tell the Ukrainians. (I don't think they got the memo.)
    2) Russia has an inflation rate approaching 9% a reserve interest rate of 20%. That is not 'growth'. That is inflation which is entirely different. (Economic fact BTW)
    3) Point (2)? That must be why the millions of Russians who could are flocked to the West the start of the war i.e. because conditions there were so much worse.
    4) Point (3)? Putin didn't go the South Africa because he was afraid of being arrested. Saudi Arabia and the UAE gave Russia an audience. They give the rest their money. (Nuff said.)
    5) point (4) Of course it its. Anyone who disagrees with Putin suffers a fatal injury after (accidentally) falling out of the window of their ground floor apartment.

I don't know how many of these planes the Russians produced. Could be one, could be many. (Just recently you assured everyone that the Russians had only one week's worth of missiles left). If they need those planes, they'll have them in quantity. Don't worry about the Russians, they're doing fine.

By the way, in Hiroshima today they remembered the atomic bombing of the city on August 6, 1945. On that day, the city was almost completely destroyed, and tens of thousands of Japanese, ordinary citizens, became victims at one moment. Subsequently, tens of thousands more died: from the radiation received during the explosion, radioactive contamination and diseases caused by radiation.
The U.S. killed these people. They were not military, they were civilians.

Look up the English definition of 'excuse'. Because that's not what I did, instead I pointed to what I did was point was make and point to counterfactual statements (truths) rebutting your claims.

P.S. Because you are well, you. Look up the definition of counterfactual!

So does that mean the civilian deaths in Ukraine are Russia's fault?

No, sure they don't. Their bombs and missiles on the other hand? perhaps do a tiny winy bit of killing?

Or are you going to suggest all Ukrainians are combatants or failing that that they're bombing themselves?

Deliberately killing civilians is their main focus. Go ask the Hague.

You mean the F-35's that have trouble getting off the ground?

And it makes you wonder if the software is a Microsoft product, meaning every upgrade is a disaster. (Windows 11 springs to mind)
