I have a fault. I take everything personal. Sorry. You're right.

Re my comments about the Post article that is a popular item in the media these days, I see you two didn't want anything to do with a real issue. That's to be expected from all of Trump's fans.

So, your comment in which you misconstrued what I said was really just a setup for a response like this ?

Both parties need to understand that the world is not black and white, Russia is not an enemy nor a friend. Russia is a sovereign nation with ideals of its own and people it will and must protect.

It is our job to figure out what ideals we have in common and take advantage of those aspects to foster better overall relations. Instead, we are focusing on the absolute worse things possible as we attempt to break everything else down.

However, the fact that Democrats and the Left are so angry about Trump winning that they are moving us closer to the point of war with Putin/Russia: only a couple years after Obama's administration got caught spying on basically every country in the world: this on top of the US consistently running stories trying to influence most of the world and that countries politics .... is a little bit funny.

The best part about what is going on is that in the upcoming elections you will hear all about how "Trump ruined the relationship with Russia", bet on it.

We need to be involved, don't get me wrong, but don't be surprised when other countries dip their nose in the pool as well.

This over dramatization is terrifyingly close to the over victimization going on in a lot of hyper Left circles.

Russia invaded Ukraine and annexed Crimea in an aggressive war against a neighbor. Bashar al-Assad is a heinous dictator who has murdered over 500,000 of his own people and caused millions more to become refugees. Russia supports al-Assad. Our bitter foe in the Middle East is Iran. Russia continues to supply Iran with everything from MiG's to Kalashnikov's. Russia interfered in our Presidential election, attacking the very fabric of our democracy.

"Russia is not an enemy?" Who do you think you are kidding? You sound like Trump.

Actually, you are defending Trump and your arguments lack both logic and awareness.
