Do you really think Putin gives a ****? Those ships are sitting ducks. Russia has land-based hypersonic missile systems that could take out every ship in their little drill.

If NATO, which means the U.S. and a bunch of little bitch welfare states, cross over into Russian waters again, I expect **** to hit the fan.

It would be nice if some of the commenters on this topic actually knew anything about the history of Russia and Ukraine, but I guess I'll have to keep reading the cold war propaganda for the time being. Ignorance is bliss.

A little history here:

When Kiev surrendered at Debaltsevo, Russia told the separatists not to advance further into Ukraine and to go to Minsk to sign a peace treaty. If they didn't, Russia will close its border.

Poroshenko signed, and there was a road map Ukraine had to follow so the 2 Republics can rejoin Ukraine. Ukraine didn't follow anything it promised, because if the Republics rejoin Ukraine, the government in Kiev will become a minority and they'll be voted out of office.

The Junta wants the wealth of the Donbas area, but they don't want the people living there, so they have to change the demographics by ethnically cleansing the Russians. To offset this, Moscow has given Russian passports to anyone that wants them, This way the Ukrainians don't dare touch them.

The same ethnic cleansing campaign would have happened in Crimea, since the people there are Russians. This is why they voted to become part of Russia.

 

I promise you the US is 100% not afraid. I also know that Putin isn’t dumb enough to do something that will end civilization as we know it. Only one country has the lack of morality and is willing to use weapons of mass destruction.

Those games in the Black Sea have been in the works a long time. If they are there legally and according to the Montreaux Treaty, and do not advance into Russian waters - which includes Crimea, there's nothing Russia can do other than observe them. Nato has also been holding games near Russia's borders in the North Sea and the Baltic Sea.

This is why Russia is holding Navy games outside of Pearl Harbor. Someone also said that Russian ships are also outside of Northern Ireland since it's disputed territory.

 

Is that the country that's starving the people in Syria by burning its grain, stealing its oil and sheep and imposing sanctions so they could overthrow their elected leader and break it up? I know it can't be Russia, because they're the one that's feeding them.

I don't know about all you self-proclaimed experts on all things Ukraine and Russia, but at least I've been on the ground in both places several times....talked to the people...and at least understand the history. So I recognize when people are just repeating state propaganda over and over.

How about John Kerry when he was secretary of state claiming the U.S. had satellite data that proved the Buk missile that brought down MH-17 came from Russian territory. If I can return the favor: it's hard to think of 5 words that will get me-- and I'm sure some other members-- to stop reading, more effectively than beginning a post, "Evil antichrist globalist cultural marxists..." At the very least, you have to see that you are being redundant-- is there a good antichrist? And I think that both Marxists, & the antichrist, are both generally depicted as globalist, so it is a little bit of a superfluous use of adjectives, to line up all of those, adjacent to one another; fyi.
