In other words, they ran away rather than fight the new government. Ran just like their ousted leader ran. And Ukrainians want to be with the free world. And since that does include the US, then yes they want to be with us.

I traveled the world. And up until 1991 after the Soviet Union fell, I never ran into a Russian during my travels. Are you going to say Russian's just didn't want to travel the world? Now the US is full of Russian immigrants. Got any Americans other than Snowden who move to Russia?

Well Obama did meddle and the Russian Parliament asked Putin to recall the Russian ambassador to the U.S. for insulting the Russian people in a speech. :roflol:

Our State Department are such idiots...but then again I always knew that. When McCain and Nuland were in Kiev encouraging the neo Nazis of Western Ukraine to take over the government, did they ever think the Eastern Ukrainians might not like it? I'm still concerned about who is going to feed the people? The country is broke.

Oh....so...that is how you measure freedom. How many times you run into foreigner abroad. No wonder you country is in decline.
    Jewish, to be more correct.
We have got a handy. Nice thing, you've mentioned Snowden, the guy was lucky to escape opressive American regime. God knows what would have happened if hi didn't.

You make no sense. They were disbanded by illegitimate new Ukrainian government. They simply packed up and went to protect their home cities.

Half of Ukrainian population in East Ukraine want to be with Russia. This is evidenced by the massive pro-Russian demonstration and takeover of government buildings by pro-Russian Ukrainians...

Pro-Russian demonstrators capture main government building in Kharkov and arrest nationalists from Western Ukraine that were inside. Forced to get on their knees and apologize for being nazis and fascists

New flash - The Russian Parliament has approved sending troops to Ukraine to quiet things down. The Russian Parliament wants Putin to recall the American Ambassador for insulting the Russian people. According to Middle Eastern News sources, Turkey is sending and supporting terrorists in Ukraine, but then again I knew that. Question, is our brilliant Clinton inherited State Department going to use Tatar, Chechnyan terrorists and Turkish mercenaries to fight Ukrainians and Russians in Ukraine, the way it is now using terrorists to fight the Syrian people in Syria?

And the question still remains, who is going to feed the Ukrainian people, the country is broke. :confuse:

Well why not? It's payback time for what the Nazis have done to Russians in the city of Lviv. That city should be part of Poland anyway, it's not Ukrainian. Isn't it lovely the way we interfered and encouraged the government takeover, and then blamed Russia for causing trouble...just like in Syria.

In 1922 Eastern Ukraine was a gift from Lenin to Ukrainians so they could have their own land.
In 1939 USSR annexed Eastern part of Poland and joined it with Ukraine.
Crimea was gifted by Kruschev in 1954 to Ukraine.

Now ask yourself, why would Western Ukrainians be so angry and hateful of Russians? The land they live on wouldn't even be Ukraine....

..........the word Ukraine comes from Russian word "Okraina", which is translated as "Outskirts". Outskirts of Russian Empire. That is what the word means.

And so the Russians are going to allow their people to be persecuted by the Nazis because Obama said it? Ha, let me tell you something. The U.S. and the E.U. have all clammed up and are butting out, because the fun and games of getting rid of Yakunovich is over. They won! Now the question is who is going to feed the Ukrainian people, so there is not a peep out of them. I guess they expect Russia to do it. Well Russia will do it, but it will do it with arms and a takeover of the section of the country that is dependent on them.

It is rude to ask for gifts to be returned .

From the little i remember westerners had the exact opposite feelings for Kosova( this is the proper Albanian name) and other areas inside Yugoslavia.

OP can as well remember Cyprus .

And europians occuped north america now named USA.
Maybe you can still remember the history of the Middle Ages or the Kievan Rus?
Right here and right now we have ocupation of Ukrein by Putin's govermant. Some people here sad that more then 50% of citizens of Krim are rusians. My question who now how many persent rusians want live in rusian federation?
What i see in ukrainian forums? 7 rusians from 10 want to leave in Ukraine.
    And you now why?
Because "maidan" showed that the government which is not working for the people and works for the "family" can be overthrow and people can have a chance to live humanly/ And thay understand that in RF thay can die like Magnitsky, arrested like (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)-roit or accused like Navalny for for exposing the cooperative "ozero" (lake)

Everyone is targeted as a potential IMF/EU victim .
And from what i read most of Crimean population welcomed the troops so it doesn't look either imperialist or aggressive.

right so.. you kind of hint that since the ethnic Russians didn't physical protect and fight against the other side, means... they forfeited their opinion? Now that doesn't make sense.
