I disagree completely. Despite MOUNDS of proof that an abortion is a homicide posted here, many still refuse to admit it , even here on the forum. ALL women are not stupid, but clearly some are! Planned Parenthood and other abortion shops do not present it as such do they?

You think fetal homicide laws prove a fetus is a human being? Those laws were made by the same legislators who are trying to force women to go to fraudulent CPCs, and submit to other anti-woman laws. Scholars have pondered the question of when one becomes a human being forever, and will continue to forever. Sorry, red neck anti-woman legislators like those in SD don't get to make that decision for everyone.

Agreed. Another example of laws made for religious reasons. No valid science is cited nor are subject matter experts (Developmental Biologists) consulted.

Making laws based on religious reasoning is unconstitutional.

You can disagree all you want, it amounts to nothing but ignorance of facts.

Your so called evidence has been shown just as many times if not more to be false, misleading or outright fabrication.

Well, I am certain of one thing, there is a unified amount of ignorance, bigotry and bias in the above statement.

If a woman drinks during her pregnancy, or smokes, and has a miscarriages, has she 'intentionally' killed her 'child' due to her bad behavior?

There are literally thousands of ways to attempt an illegal abortion, lol. I just did a quick search for "how to perform an at home abortion" and got nearly 10 million hits.

Well you seem to have an exceptionally paranoid outlook on things in general. Actually these laws DO prove a fetus is a human being legally, without a doubt!

Well actually in actual reality, it has not. An abortion is obviously a homicide.

Was does this have to do with making a concious decision to have your baby killed by Dr. Hitman MD?

Is a pregnant woman knowingly endangering the life of her unborn child if she smokes or drinks during pregnancy?

And should she be charged with manslaughter if she has a miscarriage or a stillbirth as a result of her behavior?

It depends on whether or not her crime against her child meets the criteria of the manslaughter law. She should be held accountable in some way.

Well I have to point out that things that make sense in your lala fantasy land don't really make sense in the real world.

The police don't. They apprehend suspects. Ask how the courts will do this.

Well we have this new "national security agency", lets give them the power to put cameras and mics in every home and building in the nation, so they can police illegal fetuscide.

How do you expect the police to waste time on a miscarriage when they could be out there finding actual murders and rapists and arsonists, all of whom have committed worse crimes than that woman ever could?

"Ohhhh, we have to police the morals of the nation and make sure everyone thinks, believes and acts the same way, then there will be no murder"--------By

Actually I am not sure if the above quite is one from George Orwell, Jesus, Moses, Billy graham, or one of mine!
