Scant Evidence That Clinton Had Malicious Intent

It's not a secret that the State Department used "cables." The fact that they used them came out when Julian Assange leaked lots of them in Wikileaks in 2010. I mentioned a single document (one I knew you were aware of) as an example of the fact that the State Department used those secure cables to transmit classified material rather than email.

 

So all you have is conjecture. And prove that classified information is transmitted EXCLUSIVELY over there cables.

 

Conjecture? It's not conjecture that they used cables and email to communicate. It's not conjecture that secret information was sent by secure FAX and not email, in the very example I used.

In this country, it's the responsibility of the prosecution to prove guilt, not the responsibility of the accused to prove innocence. She hasn't even been charged with anything and IMO, she won't be. I was simply explaining to you that there were at least two methods for electronic communication used by the State Department and that FAX was used in sending classified information. When the FAX didn't work, they would strip out the secure information and send "talking points" by email, just like the example I used. Since they had two separate means of relaying information and one was specifically used for secure information, it helps explain the controversy over classifying information found in her emails after the fact. At the time they were sent, they weren't marked as such because if they had been, those documents would have been sent by cable and not email.

 

You are correct in stating that anyone with the mentality, perspicacity, and attention-span of Hilarity should not (NOT) be elected president. BUT, she will be. Obama put "the fix" in on March 11th when he commanded the deep-pockets Limousine Liberals of the Libocrat Party to close ranks and support her -- period!

You guys desperation is blaring with your made up excuses. The classified emails were found on HER private server, she transmitted them through it and stored them on it. And yes we do have what is called FAX to email now. And no they are NOT allowed to "strip" classifications and send classified information over non-secured means.

Exactly. I have had clearance at the Secret level. You don't mess around with it. You don't play with it. You don't pretend to not know what it is. Every single thing you do is deemed Secret until notified otherwise.

She's already explained it. She did it for convenience of having all her basic emails on one phone. It wasn't meant for classified information and it's already been shown by multiple state officials that classification is subjective and there are complaints about them over classifying information. This argument that she should know every single thing that some official will deem classified is hilarious. She'll be fine, you'll be wrong again.

Based on Hillary's statement she doesn't think they should be classified and should be shared with the public. You should be on her side on this, lol. Don't you guys constantly cry about the government not being transparent? Now all of a sudden officials are saying the classification of these messages are ridiculous and the public should see them, you are now defending the government to keep secrets? Hmmmmmm... you don't seem very credible.

 

Because setting up and maintaining your own server expected to receive and transmit state secrets is so convenient.

Multi-million dollar email systems she refused to employ or setup. Funny that. Email is a primary method of communication, and she cannot control what sensitive information is sent to her while jet setting around the globe trading favors for donations to her foundation.

 

It wasn't setup for secrets or classified information. And external systems for basic work information was allowed. Since the information is public information anyway, why is it that big of a deal to you, lol. They have their own systems for handing different forms of classified material.

 

Ahhh she had to shelve that excuse when it was disclosed she used several devices and it was meant for ALL her official communications without regard to classification, she refused to use the secure channels and secure equipment. Stop making things up. And she is trained that she has to assume something is classified not the other way around. And the PURPOSE of only using government servers and equipment is to control such information to make sure it is properly classified and since the State Department security did not have direct access to where she was storing such information through her gross negligence they could not secure her communications or if by chance an email with classified information was transmitted over the normal system they could not retrieve all copies of that email to put into a secure location.

 

She never "shed that excuse". Carrying around an iPad and a Blackberry is normal. What she did was perfectly legal. She'll be fine and you'll be wrong as always. The information is friggin public information, what is the big deal? Lol.

 

It was setup as her ONLY means of conducting her official duties using email communication without regard to classified information. She REFUSED a .gov address, she REFUSED a secure email address for classified communications, she REFUSED the properly secured equipment she was offered.

Why? Because then all her communications would be immediately archived which she was desperately trying to circumvent.
