They are higher than biden support. And biden when graded on his own merits not compared to other candidates, his polling gets even lower.

February 8th should be an interesting day. The biggest question is when will SCOTUS deliver the opinion. Will SCOTUS deliver the opinion after Super Tuesday or after the GOP party nomination by the GOP in August?

Read what you responded to and try again without the unethical mischaracterization.

They need to be constitutional. There's a reason they all say the same thing. And you're welcome for correcting the misinformation you injected into this thread. I'm glad to see you've dropped the Gorsuch ruling argument.

I'm glad to see you are remaining consistent with your nonsense interpretations...

Oh... I forgot... Happy Insurrection Day to you and yours....

I don't think you should be patting yourself on the back for supporting an insurrection today. I know some people are really proud of their intent to overturn an election by barring their political adversaries, but it's really awkward to declare it a holiday worthy of celebration.

Those are the polls that had Hilary winning in a landslide?
Most of America has no clue who they are going to vote for. Since there's no party candidates set in stone yet. Except maybe the Dems. And if no trump, no Biden.

Gotta disagree with that one... I think somewhere @ 92 of America knows who they are going to vote for... and vote against...

I also don't think most, if any, polls can reflect that...

Partisans, are the only one's who could know who they are going to vote for.
But as of yet, we don't have nominees in either party.

I bet many R's will not vote for trump.

Possibly true, but they already know that now.....:)

Assuming things continue on the probable tracks, I knew who I was going to vote for this year back in July 2015

Brings up an interesting point I just thought about. If the numbers are approx the same as they were in 2020, it will be a lot harder (although of course he'll do it) for Mango to scream about a stolen election again.

But they likely don't know 'WHO', they will vote for. As I suggested. It's still a long ways until Nov.

The 2x impeached incumbent loser will cry of a rigged election as soon as the primaries begin.
He has done so in every election.

Why would I be sweating? These states have clearly broken federal law and have assumed for themselves, something that they are not legally allowed to have. Even the federal court in California ruled in accordance with Federal guidelines(which had been decided since Texas VS USA)

I am not nervous, I am angry at these Americans. They created a Constitutional Crisis, reviving the issues that led to the Continental Dollar Crisis and only further destabilized these United States, all for their selfish political goals. If I am nervous about anything, like RFK I am nervous about the long term effect of these destabilization efforts.

    Done. Your turn.

Show me even a scintilla of evidence that Biden is personally driving this.

Then you should be neither angry nor nervous. In your estimation, these measures will be overturned in a trice and will make your political enemies look silly….no?

You should therefore be rejoicing at your enemies’ folly…shouldn’t you…?

    Unless…

This might shock you, but I care more about the country than I do the election. That right-leaning figures and states have begun talking about holding Biden off the ticket(and that's not right either) is an inevitable consequence of the wild west that these so-called 'patriots' have unleashed on the US.

Let's recap: Colorado stands alone as a court(hell, it's court is divided between the lower court which affirmed federal law, to a degree and the higher court, which went rogue) and every other federal court upheld federalism.

That's not counting the courts who rightly dismissed the case due to lack of standing.

So yes, they will look silly but not before damaging the United States in the process. So much about preserving America's institutions.

Fascism won't pass the SC this time, but the fact that these fascists were so ok with even trying is devastating to the US and its future.

    Not quite.

Rejoicing at watching so many on the left turn to fascism wouldn't make sense.

Since they hold all the institutional power, watching the left turn to fascism is frightening.
