    Hey guys, I thought some of you might like to see some of suggestions and techniques by the Twin Lakes Neighborhood Watch Programs flier from the Sanford PD as to what constitutes "suspicious" persons and reporting it;

"Its better to be overly suspicious".

    'Trust your instincts".

"Use your head to determine waht is suspicious"

    "Sometimes your suspicions are unfounded".

"You will not always be right".

    "Call immediately"

    And what is suspicious?

    "Loitering".

    "Behaving strangely".

    "Concealing anything unusual".

"Wearing attire that could spell trouble".

    "Running".

"Older children who are not from the neighborhood who have no purposeful destination" ( lol, that's a good one isn't it?)

Man, this stuff is Kryptonite for the AntiZims

And not one word about guns or following..

Really? So if a teenage girl is being followed at night by a stranger, she should wait to be accosted before using pepper spray (or other non-lethal self defense)?

Martin always had clear access towards the apartment. He first chose to walk around Zimmerman's truck in a menacing manner and then ran off losing Zimmerman. In fact he ran back to the apartment where he simply could have gone inside and planted his arse on the couch and watched the basketball game and be alive today. He choose and different course of action that night and it cost him his life. He went back to the T junction after seeing Zimmerman walk across it. How long it took him, whether he got there and hide for a few seconds or just ran into Zimmerman as Zimmerman was walking back towards his truck is of no importance. The fact supported by the evidence is he then confronted Zimmerman and assaulted him. It was fatal mistake in the end.

How do you follow someone when you can't see them and have no idea where they are?

There was no stalking here by either one of them. Educate yourself on the Florida stalking law.

Another of your empty claims. Asked to back up your claims that Zimmerman committed an assault and a stalking you issue similar pleas when in fact you have nothing to back it up.

Yes we do know that at all as in the sworn statement of the girl friend. The one you find has such high credibility.

Not by any stretch. Else if I watch someone walk by my house you have just given them legal right to assault me with deadly force. And go read the Florida law on stalking so that you stop specious using the term here.

As for the allegations regarding the level of force in the "assault", you're relying solely on the testimony of the only person with a motive to exaggerate.

The fact is you don't have to suffer ANY injury before you can defend yourself. The fact is Zimmerman received serious injury as ANY blow to the head is serious and can cause death of coma. You don't have to wait until you receive such a blow to defend yourself.

Actually according to the evidence he walked around Zimmerman's truck for well over a minute. So where was that fear of imminent serious injury if he is hanging around trying to look like a tough guy? And then he ran off and away and lost Zimmerman. All the way back to the apartment. So if he had this fear if imminent harm why didn't he just go inside and lock the door and call the police?

"Walking in a menacing manner": now punishable by death! :roflol:
Seriously, you're going to need to make up your mind whether he was threatening Zimmerman or trying to get away from him. Both doesn't make any sense.

Yeah, but he had no legal obligation to do so. He was a teenage kid who was harassed on his way home from the local 7-11. Righteous indignation at that scenario is a fair reaction, and wanting to know what the harasser's problem was is also a fair reaction.

The fact supported by the evidence is that a teenager who had been followed around at night by a stranger who apparently had no good reason for doing so (or so it would have seemed at the time, given that Zimmerman chose not to give one). At that point, using non-lethal force to address an imminent threat (a potentially deranged stranger who has stalked you is now close enough to engage in conversation), is perfectly legal.

Martin didn't teleport. Zimmerman couldn't see him, but had an idea of where he was last seen and continued to look for him in that direction.

    You mean this statute? http://www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes...ute&URL=0700-0799/0784/Sections/0784.048.html
Clearly, it is reasonable to expect that a teenager being followed at night by a stranger would feel "reasonable fear for their safety", particularly when the pursuer is provided the opportunity to state his reasons and has none.
Clearly, Zimmerman followed Martin willfully. He also followed him in his vehicle and again on foot.

    How is this not stalking?

Feel free to site evidence that he circled the truck for "well over a minute", in order to "look like a tough guy" - and then ran "all the way back to the apartment", totally contradicting the "tough guy" angle...

    Straw man.
There is an obvious difference between watching someone walk past your house and following a teenager around the neighborhood at night.

Funny how that applies to Zimmerman, but not to Martin...

Once again, funny that it applies only to Zimmerman, but not Martin...
I'm also surprised that we have so many athletes in this country that routinely suffer blows to the head without instantly suffering "death of coma". :roflol:

Oh a post about Zimmerman being assaulted by Trayvon Martin, Pardy says...

Apparently "Mature adults" are people who compare Trayvon Martin to 'little old ladies with umbrellas'.

Practice what you preach, and we'll talk.
