Nah we r good homie. Throw em all in jail. Cause we will take power again. And when we do we get to use your playbook of prosecuting political opponents by throwing them in jail. I’m cool with that

You don't know that or anything about what's in all those cases.

Not sure if it makes its way up to trump.
But it will make its way up the ladder.

She's an attorney. She took the deal that will get her a better result in the end. She knows what the evidence is, and she knows she's pretty much guilty and would likely face stiffer punishments if she proceeded to trial.

That's why people take plea agreements. It's never because the prosecution's case is weak...

Did they get to see the program and language?
If so, yes, the program would need to change.

    They are not political enemies.
As Powell plead guilty to crimes she committed. IE, she admits to breaking the law.

Powell and her lawyer Brian Rafferty knew damn well she was 99.9% ****ed if she went to trial.
Her deal is no cakewalk though.
Trump's little soldiers will start trashing her and as usual give him a pass.
Curious if Giuliani is already trashing her?

When brought to their attention here, again and again that Trump tried to settle with the "racist" A.G James' 250 million fraud case they've completely ignored the info and question put forward, "why would Trump settle a "witch hunt" case?

It's always fun to go back in time and review that landmark case, Trump vs Dumb Pennsylvania Voters

    https://www.courthousenews.com/trum...ainst-extension-to-cure-pennsylvania-ballots/

I think it needs to be pointed out that that decision was probably wrong. Boockvar's guidance was both logical and supportable by law.

Does everybody remember how this decision gave Trump the win in Pennsylvania and his 2nd term??

I think you misjudged what most likely happened. The DA agreed to a plea deal in return for Sidney's testimony telling what she knows about the other 17 defendants did.

The data on the Coffee County election computers that were broken in to was not publicly available information.

I'm sure all Americans would be content with the philosophy of throwing into jail anyone who has been convicted of a crime...

They offer plea deals that have no teeth and therefore are worth taking just to avoid years of unlawful prosecution.

Then use the plea deal to claim "see guilty!" lol.

    As transparent as it gets.

Possibly. It’s also possible they offered her the only charges they knew they could get to stick. And rather than not have her testimony at all she now has to be truthful… which she has to do under oath anyway lol

Sounds good. I’m sure we can come up with some novel ways to prosecute our political opponents and make them stick too lol. Then instead of giving them the sentences u would expect for someone with their charges to get we will give them the maximum we can put on em.

Let's all keep in mind that there has already been a guilty plea submitted in this conspiracy case. I do not think it is a stretch to assume Sidney wanted to get out in front of a possible felony conviction because of the information being provided to prosecutors about her role following the guilty plea.

For instance we can look over all the documents that were found in Biden’s possession and see if we can find any Obama still has and hit them with espionage charges lol

Maybe we can even find some contact that Obama had with Biden about his crackhead son and bring him in on some bribery and conspiracy charges. I think that would be super fun

And like I said before all the alternative electors from Al Gore’s campaign are fair game for RICO charges right? They don’t have a statute of limitations.

Novel ways? This is a matter of prosecuting violations of law. What is novel about that?

As long as evidence (that will stand up in court) is produced to back those claims...go for it.

I think evidence that Obama knew Biden was shilling for his son trying to get the Ukrainian prosecutor fired by using the federal governments funds to do so will come out.

And all we need is any tacit acknowledgement on his part to get him what? 20 to life for corruption, bribery and conspiracy charges? I’m going to thoroughly enjoy the next time we take power lol
