Sidney Powell pleads guilty in deal with prosecutors over efforts to overturn Trump loss in Georgia

Scott Hall is the guy who has already plead guilty. Now that he has been joined by Sidney Powell it would not surprise me to see other defendants plead guilty.

 

That conspiracy theory about Biden has already been thoroughly debunked over and over.

 

Oh don’t worry. We will make sure to indict them in massively republicans Districts so we can essentially guarantee a conviction.

 

Add another person who was close to Trump and now has plead guilty to the list.

It's amazing the clarity with which one thinks when their freedom is on the line. Apparently, she has forgotten all about her belief that the election machine software had been corrupted, which I am sure she was trying to prove when she and others came up with the plan to break into the voting machines.

Powell was looking at jail time, probably at least one year. That's why people cop a plea, not because the prosecution is desperate, but because the defendant is desperate to stay out of prison.

If she were a Democrat, I'm confident that many here would be cheering the prosecution.

 

Do you know the extent of charges against Powell? She pleaded guilty to six misdemeanors in order to avoid the RICO charges, which carry mandatory jail time. Probation and fines, plus probable loss of her law license, are obviously preferable.

She isn't the first and won't be the last. It has taken years, but the rats are leaping off of the sinking ship that is Donald Trump. Would you be willing to go to prison on his behalf?

Yeah or she took that offer that was provided to her so she didn’t have to take the risk and the prosecution offered it to avoid getting laughed out of court on RICO charges
