    Yes, it was a wrong setting on the sausage machine that caused the accident. It was set to kielbasa. He always believed it was the new guy he hired that was Polish but who knows.

    From that horrible day on Luigi, never toughed another piece of sausage.

    Joe Bastardi says all the 'canes will be east coasters this year, like Irene, and that if Texas wants rains, will have to pull it out of the Gulf ourselves.

    I just happen to know a pilot who flies thru 'canes and seeds clouds. I'll make a stop in Fla to snag his azz then meet ya there!

    btw - flyboys always have plenty buds...how many of these aces you think we'll need?
    Now, if Mary is going, we could bring a few along for entertainment purposes. *snicker*

    And yes, Shang, all of the usual methods have been tried repeatedly through this summer.
    Unfortunately, the car washes held up in ways never expected. LOL

    We don't want no 'canes... but a few tropical depressions would be welcome! It was 100 on the island yesterday. Watch, it'll be my luck I'll take the 106s down there instead of sending rain up here! Ever swam in the gulf when it's that warm? Ugh, it's like bathwater.

    Hi y'all!!! Found the new place, it's super cute! ;-)

    I'm heading off to Provincetown to enjoy the last week of summer on the Cape with a good friend. So I won't be around much this week. Just checkin' in so youse guys don't forget me.

    We did just fine in the hurricane (tropical storm) with no power outages and just a little bit of water in the basement. Other places were not so lucky. I sure hope what'shisname is wrong about hurricanes this year being east coasters. Me no likee!

    Save me some whiskey and few of the poolboys! I'll be back around next week! :hug:

    I got to see Pine Top Perkins a couple years ago at the King Biscuit Blues Fest in Helena, Arkansas. I'm so glad I did...it was awesome. No replacing talent like that.
