I'll be flyin right over your head, gypz... on my way to the gulf coast. Spending a coupla days in the Kemah area... then Galveston for the rest of the week. Flying back on Sat., my b'day. WOO HOO!

Def time to get away. Been fighting with ins companies and medical office 'bus mgrs' all week on the phone. Called in late so I could get this @#$% straightened out without using hrs at work... and I was on the phone with one office for an hr & 45 min. Didn't get what I wanted... ended up hanging up on the 3rd stupid lil wench that tried to 'help' me. Dashed off to work mad, girl walked in the elevator right in front of me and let the doors close before I could get on... by the time I got to my desk, I was in no mood to play nice!

Wrote an appeal letter, faxed it... then decided to put the whole mess outta my mind and concentrate on gettin the hell outta dodge for awhile.

Afternoon was much better. Got two early b'day presents and three offers of celebratory lunches when I get back. WOO HOO! Things are lookin up!

 

I'm still gonna dream of ya in Wales...or maybe the Alps...is there any snow in the Alps in August?

Morning everybody. Well here it is thursday and this week is almost over. Our morning temps are supposed to get down into the low 30's starting tomorrow. Can't wait, especially for that first snow of the season. So how about a really nice fruit plate to get us going this morning. It is not only great tasting but it is really good for us to. So dive right on in and enjoy. Have a geat day all.

 

Looks awfully tasty, sweetie! GS got up early and made coffee for me this morning... so I stopped at McDonald's on the way to work and a got me a cup I could actually drink! Bless his heart... he tries.

I may be bored silly. However, I'm taking 4 books. Actual paper-based things with words printed on 'em. Got everything from Angels & Demons to a novel about the First Family and Michael Crichton's NEXT. Bet I don't open a one of 'em.

Good morning all. well it's friday again and time to get ready for the weekend. So, now that you have all of those weekend chores lined up how about a good breakfast to help ou get through it all. Have a really geat day everybody.

 

I've been asked to go to Galveston on the bike the first part of November. My riding buddy that I made the New Orleans trip with is thinking about going, and getting a condo right there at the sea wall. I'm seriously thinking about it, if I can get my issues sorted out by then. I've only been to Galveston two or three times in my life. I think it would be fun, a two day ride, stay two nights, then a two day ride home.

 

Woo Hoo!!! Now, that's a 'stick to your ribs' kind of breakfast! Thanks, OT!
