All you can do is take the sensible precautions recommended by the CDC, the WHO, and epidemiologists, ignoring anyone with a political agenda.

Isolation to whatever extent that is possible, minimal human interaction when it is not, wearing protective gloves and a mask when in the proximity of others, frequent and thorough hand-washing, changing clothing as soon as returning home, washing anything one has brought home before using, and repeated hand-washing after using.

Telehealth visits are becoming routine for responsible medical practices.

    Good luck!

I am looking ar this thread as a SNL skit. Everything here has been gone over a thousand times except the panicked ER doc wondering how he/she/alphabet will get treatment if he/she/alphabet gets sick.
Note to self, stay far away from that particular ER.

Patients who are smart enough to display a little empathy for healthcare workers are far more likely to get it back.

This is the most bizarre comment I've ever read and absolute hogwash.

Sorry, your survival chances are low, so there is no certain cure for you. But if you observed symptoms in yourself, go to a doctor, and only on observing a symptom.
For now, there is no certain cure.
Try not to get it, otherwise you may die like 300 thousands worldwide. the death risk for your age and sex is very high: you are both a man, and are nearing 60.
    Not everything has a cure.

I say carry on as normal and not dwell any more on this psyops experimental hype from the globalists than you do on the other 50 million deaths that happen every year world wide due to other things than a virus

You should be following the guidelines and policies released by the admin.

i would make sure you got enough food to last you a couple weeks as well.

you can also order food from a restaurant that delivers and have them leave it at your door.

I feel like a lot of the responses here have been efforts to mock you or those looking for information on how to deal with this crisis. I also recognize that this bit if information might not be precisely what you are seeking, but I hope it helps.

In the last analysis, in times past and now and in the future, the human condition has no guarantees, except for death.

There may be times where taxes are uncertain in anarchy, but death is always certain in the human condition.

May all live long and prosperously before death befalls them.

You may be a Shropshire lad. ;-)

"To skies that knit their heartstrings right,
To fields that bred them brave,
The saviours come not home to-night:
    Themselves they could not save.

It dawns in Asia, tombstones show
    And Shropshire names are read;
And the Nile spills his overflow
    Beside the Severn's dead. "

I have I friend who wrote a song entitled, "To a Formerly Middle Age Athlete Dying Middle Aged," about his brother. Now I know where he found his thematic basis. It's quite good, but he has no connections and his songs will die with him.

That probably happens to most of the really good poets. They write because they have to - not necessarily to be read.
