The constitution is about people. It is not about embryos.

Amen cannot opt out of being a father during pregnancy this is a right he doesn't have. So he is indebted to a woman's choice for 18 years he gets no choice in it at all the only choice he gets is whether to have sex or not.

If that is the expectation of men it is a double standard to have a different one for women.

To do that means you have a view of them as lesser than men.
