Education is not indoctrination. Being made aware of something doesn't equate to mandating it.
As for you teaching your children everything I suspect you'll teach them what you feel is right according to your views and principles-however mistaken, biased and subjective they may be. That is a lot closer to indoctrination than the well-rounded and objective eduction they'll receive from a state school.
