Yes indeed, education affects a lot of people. So, you would prefer that children were not taught about homosexuality at all. What happens when your child tells you he/she is gay? I notice you avoided addressing the question earlier.

We could take this argument to a whole other level and argue for the right to have sex with animals, maybe even teach our kids in school one day that it's "normal" and "acceptable". Or how about incest? I mean, what's really wrong with brother and sister getting it on? I mean, they love each other. Don't they have rights? Come on people, where's your "tolerance"?

I missed it, didn't avoid it. I doubt very seriously it would happen as I would raise him to know what is morally right and wrong. I would teach him the responsibilities of a man.

That being said, and to be fair to the question, as we have no control over our grown children, I would reaffirm my stance on the subject and wish him well. I can guarantee you he would not ask to let his boyfriend spend the night in my home.

Again, this is a slippery slope and you know it. This is all about liberal agenda. This is not at all about the education of our children. The school system is failing miserably. Children can barely read and write and put together a proper sentence (stig42 case in point) - The cashier at McDonalds stands there like a dunce if you giver her the extra .03 cents after she tendered the ten.

If the school system wanted to get serious about education they would get serious about teaching the fundamentals. Unfortunately, indoctrination is at the top of the system's priority list. They are only concerned with raising one type of child - a voter!

i can’t tell if you believe it yourself or not but it seems to me your saying

That you believe homosexuality is wrong if people accept 1 thing i believe is wrong then that will lead them to thinking other things believe are wrong are ok as well

Which is not true just because arguments opposing homosexuality have holes you can steer a cruise ship through doesn’t mean there are not actual good arguments for opposing bestiality and incest

The thing is I’m pretty sure the schools are not going to go farther than informing kids 1 homosexuality exists 2 that its not particularly dangerous or horrible of itself and 3 that you can live a productive life and be gay, 4 don’t treat people badly for being gay
