Biden is pure politician, and he can't be trusted from one day to the next. The worst thing I think he has done is to undermine the trust in SCOTUS. They are lifetime appointees for a reason, they are not beholden to any political group and are free to make their decisions based on the Constitution. They are the one branch we need to trust completely.

 

I prefer freedom to democracy. Why do you like being told what to do?

That's what RvW does. It steals States and citizens rights to self rule and imposes the right to a conduct upon the entire nation which many find unconscionable. And which by example lends itself in this case to the corruption of society, especially womanhood/Motherhood. To do so nationally is to corrupt the whole and leave no recourse or place for a civilized people. Nobody has a constitutional right to do that. And the SC ruled thusly.

Abortion isn't a right. It's a behavioral medical procedure which kills life in the womb. Aside from killing human life, it encourages promiscuity, cheapens the value of life, cheapens womanhood, cheapens motherhood, and by example, corrupts the upcoming generation who does happen to escape the threshing machine of abortion. In total, it is nigh to satanic for anybody who cares about right and wrong, and the future of our country.

Personally, I think this was a bad move by the SC. It's a decision that didn't need to be made. However, all Congress has to do to reverse it is make a law, which is their job and what they should have done to begin with.

 

So whats wrong with undermining it? Joe was wrong. Its time to make it our business to make things very very uncomfortable for you guys.

 

Thats what happens when we dont codify the precedent into actual law. We should be amending the constitution to reflect court decisions, not just chaining opinions together and calling it law.

 

The advocators of the Dred Scott ruling (that slaves were property of slave owners) thought precedent was being overturned at an alarming rate and started a Civil War over it.

Yes. SCOTUS overturns precedent...Let's hope you don't advocate for violence 'cause that decision to overturn precent doesn't jive with your ideology.

 

Americans now like the actions of authoritarians like SCOTUS 'cause many more Americans have become authoritarian. I think Americans being authoritarian or accepting authoritarian gov't rule is a very deep hole in which American gov't may never climb out of (or survive).

 

The supreme Court will be considering more up coming cases soon including immigration.
