Well, when you have a federal govt that wants to regulate carbon dioxide, a governor who fights back in very valuable. (Stop exhaling. You've used up your allowance for this month)

I just don't want the mainstream press and media choosing our candidate for us....again. We've all got to be smart and don't fall for these stupid 35 year old stories about rocks and Romney's religion. ALL that is coming from the left. There is no doubt about it. We need to judge our candidates OURSELVES and on their records.

And we need to put a real conservative in office this time.

I'd like to know why the right has such a hangup about religion? Seriously, when addressing an issue I want to hear logic and reason from a candidate. I could give a (*)(*)(*)(*) less whether he prays about it or not. In fact, I'd rather he spent that time researching solutions.

It would appear your statement is not quite true.

It affects the oil industry and there was reluctance by the drillers.

Drillers are reluctant to reveal too much information about the chemical content of their process because each company does the fracking a little differently, Hastings explained. While they may all use similar ingredients, their recipes could vastly differ and many have invested millions of dollars in coming up with special formulas for achieving maximum production in individual reservoirs and shale formations. These are "trade secrets" that are jealously guarded, she added.

    And another.

Texas Gov. Rick Perry has signed a bill requiring drillers to publicly disclose the chemicals they use when extracting oil and gas from dense rock formations, the first state to pass such a law.

"The Texas law ups the ante – in part, because the industry supported it. But the gas companies are not dummies. There are billions of dollars at stake developing a resource that could produce for a hundred years or more. Opposition to fracking is bad for business.
Keeping the chemicals in the frac fluid a secret only fuels suspicion and more opposition "

May I present to you, ladies and gentlemen, a very special man...
The GOP's very own suicide bomber!
You'll know he's about to implode, again, the second you see the twinkle in his eye that signifies impending mouth movement.

Oh, there's certainly reasons for that..., but exceptional cronyism isn't gonna get him far outta Texas, unless it's a Federal pen.

Ha, you all will be sorely disappointed when the chemicals are exposed. Nothing sinister about them. Just water, sand, and .........

Yeah, they were all for it, which is why they fought against it.

    http://www.ombwatch.org/node/11694

On May 25, Texas and Michigan moved to join several other states in requiring the natural gas drilling industry to disclose the contents of fluids used in hydraulic fracturing, also known as fracking. On the same day, two of the biggest U.S. energy companies – ExxonMobil and Chevron – defeated proposals from their shareholders calling for more disclosure of the environmental impacts and risks of drilling for natural gas. Despite such industry resistance, fracking disclosure continues to gain traction as an issue, especially at the state level.
