Remember that the US governments of the last decades before 9/11 and still after 9/11 back, support and help much of these bastard regimes doing such things, having Sharia as law and gave a crap about anything like this.

The Islamist Haters always claim that Islam is a religion of violence ... in other words, Islam is an evil and violent religion. They justify this again and again with various places in the Koran, which call for violence ... very particularly popular are the places where violence against "other believers" is concerned.
This is often very evil, what happens because these Koran passages are from the related context torned. Not always, but in over 90% of all cases, the context is a completely different picture! Then it is simply fact that there is always error in translations from one language to another language. We all know that the one word in language A can have several meanings in language B.

A simple example German - English and English German for one word:
In the German language there are the words "laufen" and "rennen". The translation into English is for both the verb “to run” and so the first translation problem: “rennen” is the fast version of “laufen”, so if used “rennen” it means to run fast which has in English the term sprint... nice!
And when we go now from English into German about “run”, this word has in German many more translations!, because in English it is not only a verb, but also a noun!
Even it is no real good tool, please use Google translator for this example here to see with your own eyes, what “chaos” this simple word in English and German can cause if wrong translated! And then imagine what a complete translation can cause of errors!

A concrete and good example is the word "jihad". I think everyone here means knowing what that word is and what it stands for, right?
Yes, it stands for the holy war of Islam against not Muslims! Yes, it is used by the terrorist scum to justify their attacks religiously.
The problem is, however, that this word also has a different meaning, which here in the forum know the least and which even most terrorist bastards do not know: jihad also stands for missionary, thus the peaceful spreading of a religion, which we also from Christianity know!

In return, the Christian religion is portrayed as the oh so peaceful and thus better religion. This is really ridiculous ...
Apart from the fact that Christianity was a damned violent religion in the past and there died in the name of God and Jesus millions of people, most Christians do not adhere to their so holy Bible!
Yes, of course, most of these issues happened in the past and in modern times, but even today, faith still plays a role in our wars!

It is much more interesting, however, why people keep saying that the Bible is so much more peaceful than the Koran. Here begins the whole hypocrisy because the people who beat up on Islam in contrast show only the New Testament as "counter-example", but the Old Testament they conceal! And then there is the impudent assertion that the Old Testament has nothing to do with Christianity. What kind of total nonsense is that? Both are part of the Christian religion and every reverent, priest and so on will confirm this! But the reason for this arrogance is clear, because if one looks at the Old Testament more closely, then that is in point of violence not really different from the Koran!

And especially to the Christians, the Old Testament too often serves as a religious justification for things. Where is once "eye for eye, tooth for tooth" again written, eh?

OK, I forgot nearly the point of that Koran calls for war against other believers, but bible does not. Ehm ... well ... with what were again the crusades on medieval age backed please?

Myth # 03
The Islam haters keep saying that the ME is glimmering and eternally a violent region to justify its hatred for Islam. So, then, that Europe was not so violent in comparison?
How ridiculous and wrong is that? Hello?

A simple look at the history books shows more clearly that there were not only more wars and more violence in Europe in the same period, but also that Christians were world champions to kill us each other in the name of Jesus.
And also the dear Americans must be very quiet here, which is their own and compared to Europe and the ME younger / shorter history of the USA! Do I really need to give examples so that those who deny this are silent in full shame? Keyword, dealing with the natives, e.g. Compulsory missionary to become Christians in reserves?

The Islam Haters claim that the majority of the Muslims call the terror in the name of Islam as OK, support it directly / indirectly or even actively participate as terrorists. What a nonsense!

There are over 2,000,000,000 Muslims on the planet! The majority therefore means that we have more as 1,000,000,000 (more as 50%) Islamic terrorists and supporters. Is already OK ... but otherwise there are no mental problems with those who claim such an idiotic idiocy?
Of course, there are often crass cultural differences in Islamic countries in comparison to us and also some differences are repellent or worse for us and not a few of these things are also repugnant to me. Whoever denies this is also a troll... even if the whole thing is often seen also reversed, for us normal things are reversed for the others repulsive and worse!

The fact is that most Muslims are much more modern than is claimed. And much worse is this idiotic assertion about the backwardness of Islam compared to our values, when we look on the often given reasons for this!.
If, in some Islamic state, large sections of the population begin to liberate themselves and demand democratic values etc., they have often a huge problem! Their countries are often ruled by despots and more or less powerful dictators and regimes with a strange interpretation of Islam as back for their power, but they are a friend of the USA (and other Western states). The result is that the US help the regimes, such demands that threaten the power of the regime. Result: The US does everything to prevent these evil Muslims from receiving the same values, freedoms and democratic rights.
Who then someone insults precisely these evil Muslims, they are back is not only no longer hypocritical, but impertinent! Or what do you call it, if you forbid someone to be not backward, but then you go and insulted this same someone to be backwards, eh?

And that out of this some sort of hate against the USA and the West is build up in such a population is clear and more as understandable!

I happen to agree with people like Ayaan Hirsi, who makes a clear distinction between Mecca and Medina Muslims. (Emboldening is mine...).

But does this violent extremism stem from Islam’s sacred texts? Or is it the product of circumstance, which has twisted and contorted Islam’s foundations?

To answer this, it’s worth first drawing the important distinction between Islam as a set of ideas and Muslims as adherents. The socioeconomic, political, and cultural circumstances of Muslims are varied across the globe, but I believe that we can distinguish three different groups of Muslims in the world today based on how they envision and practice their faith.

The first group is the most problematic — the fundamentalists who envision a regime based on sharia, Islamic religious law. They argue for an Islam largely or completely unchanged from its original seventh-century version and take it as a requirement of their faith that they impose it on everyone else. I call them “Medina Muslims,” in that they see the forcible imposition of sharia as their religious duty, following the example of the Prophet Mohammed when he was based in Medina. They exploit their fellow Muslims’ respect for sharia law as a divine code that takes precedence over civil laws. It is only after they have laid this foundation that they are able to persuade their recruits to engage in jihad.

The second group — and the clear majority throughout the Muslim world — consists of Muslims who are loyal to the core creed and worship devoutly but are not inclined to practice violence or even intolerance towards non-Muslims. I call this group “mecca Muslims.” The fundamental problem is that the majority of otherwise peaceful and law-abiding Muslims are unwilling to acknowledge, much less to repudiate, the theological warrant for intolerance and violence embedded in their own religious texts.

More recently, and corresponding with the rise of Islamic terrorism, a third group is emerging within Islam — Muslim reformers or, as I call them, “modifying Muslims” — who promote the separation of religion from politics and other reforms. Although some are apostates, the majority of dissidents are believers, among them clerics who have come to realize that their religion must change if its followers are not to be condemned to an interminable cycle of political violence.

The future of Islam and the world’s relationship with Muslims will be decided by which of the two minority groups — the Medina Muslims and the reformers — wins the support of the meccan majority. That is why focusing on “violent extremism” is to focus on a symptom of a much more profound ideological epidemic that has its root causes in Islamic doctrine.

To understand whether violence is inherent in the doctrine of Islam, it is important to look at the example of the founding father of Islam, Mohammed, and the passages in the Quran and Islamic jurisprudence used to justify the violence we currently see in so many parts of the Muslim world. In Mecca, Mohammed preached to his fellow tribesmen to abandon their gods and accept his. He preached about charity and the conditions of widows and orphans. (This method of proselytizing or persuasion, called dawa in Arabic, remains an important component of Islam to this day.) However, during his time in Mecca, Mohammed and his small band of believers had little success in converting others to this new religion. So, a decade after Mohammed first began preaching, he fled to Medina. Over time he cobbled together a militia and began to wage wars.

Anyone seeking support for armed jihad in the name of Allah will find ample support in the passages in the Quran and Hadith that relate to Mohammed’s Medina period. For example, Q4:95 states, “Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home).” Q8:60 advises Muslims “to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies, of Allah and your enemies, and others besides, whom ye may not know, but whom Allah doth know.” Finally, Q9:29 instructs Muslims: “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.”

Mainstream Islamic jurisprudence continues to maintain that the so-called “sword verses” (9:5 and 9:29) have “abrogated, canceled, and replaced” those verses in the Quran that call for “tolerance, compassion, and peace.”

As for the example of Mohammed, Sahih Muslim, one of the six major authoritative Hadith collections, claims the Prophet Mohammed undertook no fewer than 19 military expeditions, personally fighting in eight of them. In the aftermath of the 627 Battle of the Trench, “Mohammed felt free to deal harshly with the Banu Qurayza, executing their men and selling their women and children into slavery,” according to Yale Professor of Religious Studies Gerhard Bowering in his book Islamic Political Thought. As the Princeton scholar Michael Cook observed in his book Ancient Religions, Modern Politics, “the historical salience of warfare against unbelievers … was thus written into the foundational texts” of Islam.

There lies the duality within Islam. It’s possible to claim, following Mohammed’s example in Mecca, that Islam is a religion of peace. But it’s also possible to claim, as the Islamic State does, that a revelation was sent to Mohammed commanding Muslims to wage jihad until every human being on the planet accepts Islam or a state of subservience, on the basis of his legacy in Medina. Despotic governments, civil war, anarchy, economic despair — all of these factors doubtless contribute to the spread of the Islamist movement. But it is only after the West and, more importantly, Muslims themselves recognize and defeat the religious ideology on which this movement rests that its spread will be arrested. And if we are to defeat the ideology we cannot focus only on violent extremism. We need to confront the nonviolent preaching of sharia and martyrdom that precedes all acts of jihad.

We will not win against the Medina ideology by stopping the suicide bomber just before he detonates himself, wherever he may be; another will soon take his (or her) place. We will not win by stamping out the Islamic State or al Qaeda or Boko Haram or al-Shabab; a new radical group will just pop up somewhere else. We will win only if we engage with the ideology of Islamist extremism, and counter the message of death, intolerance, and the pursuit of the afterlife with our own far preferable message of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Islam was founded, earned hate and violence of the religious opponent. Reason: Mohammed told that there is only 1 god and not a bunch of etc.in Mekka. Result: He had to flee and escaped only in last minute not to be killed!

Why is the Old Testament important to Christians? Because the prophets tell the people within the Old Testament that Christ will come from the chosen Jewish people. Because that Testament, that Covenant, shows that man is unable to be made whole, free, and intimate with God the Father by relying on his own actions, that a savior is needed. Do you think that the teachings of the Christ should be important to someone who calls themselves a Christian? Yes or no?

Yes, a couple of further questions. France and Germany aside? You get to dismiss certain countries based on whether they fit your picture of reality? And you completely ignored my point about the fact that the violence of Islam predates the formation of the United States. Is this the case? Yes or no?
