The Justice Department dropped its case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn

Wouldn't it be great if he became the FBI director.

 

Maybe because he didn't think it was any of Pence's business he reported to the President not Pence, any OK to discuss such matters with someone else would come from the President. He said he did not recall the little comment to the Russian ambassador don't retaliate he didn't consider it worthy of being called a discussion, or perhaps he didn't think it was any of their business, as far as he had been told this was not an official investigation or inquiry but a casual conversation, his discussion with a foreign leader out of their realm. What was their justification, what was the crime?

What aren't you outraged at what these FBI officials engaged in and would you be alright if the Trump administration began FBI investigations on the Biden campaign, calling them in for "interviews" trying to get them to lie so they could get them fired?

 

Patience(I know it's hard), but think of it this way: We're a million times closer to the end game then we were before. If I had to bet on my instincts, I'd say we will hear indictments either later this summer or a few weeks from now. As the evidence that was discovered in this case, helps bolster the RICO conspiracy, perjury, etc al.

But if your knowledge of the system has brought you to the conclusions you espouse here, then I dearly hope you didn't pay for it.

 

This is all cart before horse stuff, at least to me. Why is this not the correct process:

1. Flynn moves to get his plea of guilty withdrawn. (Already under way.)
2. DOJ consents to that Motion.
3. Judge orders withdrawal of guilty plea.
4. Flynn repleads......not guilty.
5. DOJ withdraws the charges.
6. Flynn walks.

 

As opposed to the conclusions that Trump colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 elections

Number 2 is what the DOJ just did. The court still has to sign off. Which he will, since the DOJ is not going to continue this case in light of the discovery of the corruption in the Obama Admin

The 'case' concluded months ago when Flynn pleaded guilty. The only new game is Flynn's motion to change his plea.

 

If the Obama admin did this to a high profile General...who else did they do th is to? How many minorities are in prison because Obama and Biden’s admin ran, fast and lose with our constitution?

Im ok with investigating a campaign getting help frlm a foreign power, meeting with that nations agents by someone offering foreign help, hiring a guy with ties to Russian intel who is feeding them polling data and asking if it’s making him whole....and on and on

 

Actual no, it didn’t. He wasn’t sentenced yet. Not sure how things work down under, but he was allowed to get a new attorney, and they were allowed to keep investigating...and he can withdraw his plea.

regardless, the mueller team withheld evidence...it’s come to light...and justice has come to light.

There was nothing illegal about representing, we have Americans representing North Korea. There was a technicality about reporting.

 

Withdrawing a plea of guilty is no easy thing down here. A very,very long way from a given. Getting a new Lawyer is not 'allowed,' as that can happen any time by way of simple choice.

For me....I'd liked to see this fully investigated in that Court so we all get to see what truly happened. I do not want to see a rubber-stamping which seems to have its genesis in, and drive from the White House.

 

What corruption? This is trump lackeys getting special treatment. Hopefully the judge sees through it.
