Not necessarily, though proposing a "solution" will make us racists. It's a no-win scenario. We could keep quiet about our philosophies and be deemed incompetent, or speak out in anyway about "solutions" and be deemed racist.

But nevertheless, since your side's opinions have been all but worthless, and personal attacks is the only thing you guys could come up with I've really decided not to put much value to them. So as you wish, I'll give you some solutions.

-That Border thing: Enforce it. There are laws on the books, no need to create new ones. A military is meant for national defense If we can't protect our borders then we have no business policing the world or upholding "international norms"

-Promoting the cultural and ethnic value of Caucasian families. Particularly, what it meant to have parents in the household, what it meant to be raised with expectations. Christmas is as American tradition as the 4th of July.

And I'm sure those older than me can take it from here to promote a few more ideas, I don't wanna hog it all to myself.

Moi is entirely right. The number of self-hating Jews who do what they can to hide or apologize is an embarrassment to the rest of us. The Jews who changed their names, got nose-jobs, displayed "Hanukkah bushes" at Christmas time, etc., was an open joke among Jews when I was growing up. Whenever there's a pro-Palestinian demonstration in NYC, Jews are always proud participants I cringe to see.

The story of Jewish immigration - the story of my grandparents from the "old country," my first-generation parents, and me, an Ivy-educated conservative - is a story of assimilation. Most Jews reaching the US did all they could to join mainstream society as soon as possible. They rushed to learn English and adapt to the customs of their new home. When I was a kid, my parents - both of whom could speak Yiddish - forbid me from learning that language because it might impede my acceptance by mainstream society. While Jews kept their religion, they were eager to throw off their European baggage.

So, yes, self-hatred has been part of Jewish-American life. I've heard that young Jews in their twenties and thirties are discovering their ethnic roots and reviving them with pride. I'm happy to hear that because I'm ashamed of the cultural divide I allowed to open between my grandparents and me.

 

I've live in 4 states of the USA (New York, Tennessee, California, and Florida) California is the only one where the population of Asians is large enough to even have any impact on affirmative action. In fact, California may be the only state in all of America where this is so.

 

The problem with your lopsided thinking is you don't realize, that it HAS BEEN ERASED. You also don't seem to realize that over the past 50 years, the roles have been reversed. It is Whites who have been the victims of institutionalized (by affirmative action) racism, while the institutionalized racism you crab about, has been long gone for decades. And that affirmative action racist discrimination is being perpetuated by racists like you, right here, now, in these pages.

 

What is a "white" person any way? Is Ben Jealous, president of the NAACP considered "white"? What about someone like Marco Rubio?

 

As a college student, I pride myself on intellectualism and respecting history.
