Sure but it must be coordinated between the states that have have boundaries. New York is a **** show with thousands voting with their feet to leave and find safer environs. Vermont has seen an influx of New Yorkers. If Vermont removes its essential business / stay at home directive prior to NY then Vermont will be impacted by New Yorkers fleeing that state.

    It's a Federal Issue.

Sorry bub. It's not the President that has limited my liberties it's my Governor and Mayor.

I certainly would... I don't believe any of that is essential at this time...

Do what all the REAL sports are doing now... Classic NHL, MLB, NFL...

I've seen more hockey from the 90's this month than I did during the 90's...

Highly doubtful there is a 'producer' required to put a tape in a machine...

But any limited "behind the camera" personnel can wear PPE...

And people producing the WWE can wear them along with the referee and everyone can have one of the 15 minute test. Heck the porn industry has dealt with AIDS all these years.

I been enjoying the heck out of the NASCAR and Indy Car virtual racing especially because I have an expensive wheel/pedal/shifter rig on my PC and have PC raced for decades.

So you oppose a slow return to people working again and a slow roll back of the restrictions?

wrong. As the President said yesterday, the States will decide when and how to open up.

the Governors are in charge. Trump said so.

    there is no "authorization".

Its simply a recommendation. Just like their social distancing guidelines, they were not rules, just guidelines. States were able to disregard them and there was no penalty for doing so.

Of course there is. No state is going to open up before the Open our Country Council authorizes it.

thats up to each State, they have the right to open whenever they want to.

Trump said the Governors are in charge, so its their choice.

there is no "council authorization". its just a recommendation and a guideline.

they cant control ****. its up to the states, as Trump said yesterday.

they can reopen right now if they want.

South Dakota never shut down, never imposed any social distancing guidelines or rules about non-essential businesses, in violation of Trump's guidelines.

    did they get punished? nope.

The federal guidelines are what they are. US citizens for the most part followed them.

BTW your statement about South Dakota is not truthful.
