THE UKRAINIAN ARMY HAS BEEN DEFEATED. WHAT’S LEFT IS MOP-UP

Well if anyone is going to assess both sides on their combat performance to date so far the only thing the Ukrainian army is likely to 'collapse' from is laughter - at the less than stunning performance of the Russian armed forces and its leadership. Need I remind you Russia was supposed to be a near peer military force capable of deterring NATO aggression. We're a year in this totally unnecessary war and how many of Putin' publicly declared pre-war aims has he actually achieved since his famous 'dash' for Kiev'?

Lets seen now;

1) Occupy Kiev - No
2) De-nazify Ukraine by removing Zelensky and the rest of the current government - No.
3) Install a pro Moscow Government - No
4) Defeat/demilitarize Ukraine - No
5) Demonstrate the lethality and effectiveness of both Russia's military and its equipment on the world stage as a means of both raising the county's profile and geo-political influence? - No.
6) Fully conquer even one Obalst - No.

I could go on but whats the point.

There's an old Mark Brother film called 'Duck Soup' where the brothers inadvertently end up involved in a war between two hostile nations, one of whom is trying to take over the other by (amongst other things) trying to stage a coup. Based on their performance to date I think Putin and his generals must have used it as a training film when preparing their invasion strategy.

 

Watching the gutter crawlers who cheer Putin make excuse after excuse as the raping, torturing and murdering peasant hordes they support fail to conquer Ukraine isn't 'epic', it is tragic. How people can become so twisted as to support the invasion of Ukraine is beyond rational explanation.

 

Why do you support this fascist invasion and occupation of a democratic country?

Marina Yankina, head of the department of financial provisions for the Western Military District, was found dead on a sidewalk on Wednesday morning, according to multiple local reports. She is just the latest in a growing list of Russian military officials, defense industry figures, war critics, and gas and oil execs to die suddenly and mysteriously since the start of the full-scale invasion last year.

And what evidence do you actually have pray tell to support the claim of Ukraine's 'imminent' military collapse let alone NATO's? I would remind you that the first post proudly proclaiming that :The Ukrainian Army has been defeated. What's left is a mop up was made on 23 March 2022 !!! And yet here we are a year on and the same small group of deluded individuals are still parroting the same BS claims about the 'imminent' collapse of Ukraine, NATO and western society as a whole!

The reality? 12 f'ing months later and Ukraine and it's allies are all still here. And Russia? It's been pushed back out of thousands of square kilometers of Ukrainian territory having failed to hold so much as one major city let alone the entirety of one Oblast. With its armies having suffered over 100,000 KIA and reduced to fielding T-62s and T-64s in battle because it's run our of modern armor, using human wave tactics strait out of WW1 because it has no other choice! Its air force unable to enter Ukrainian airspace for fear of being shot down and its' navy unable to come within 150 kilometers the Ukrainian coast for fear of being sunk.

And whats really sad? I know that if I come back to this thread in 12 months time there will still be posts from the same deluded individuals parroting the same boring claims about Ukraine's 'imminent' demise.

Oh and by the way. Can you please send me some stock tips. I want to know what NOT to invest in.

2. If Russia lost over 100,000 KIA (which they haven't, not even close, but the ukies have) and didn't have any modern armor, then why haven't the ukrop nazis won already?

Well sorry to tell you but 100,000 is about the middle of the bell curve for estimates of Russian KIA as provided in briefings by senior members of various NATO member intelligence services. I offered no estimate of Uki casualties but again those same sources indicate that their KIA rates are 'similar'. For the rest if you can explain why T-64s and T-62's are turning up on the battlefield (and being destroyed in significant numbers) please do so. Same of recent pass successes Ukraine has had in retaking large tracks of ground and the absence of Russian aircraft in Ukrainian airspace etc etc.

If you have explanations for any of that please provide them. We all know you won't though because you already had the chance to do so and didn't! Likewise your post 'updated' nothing all you did was reassert the original accusation that Ukraine /NATO were on the point of collapse without providing a single shred of evidence to support it. That being the case that's to be jealous of ? You never actually said anything, your post was just another example of the usual fact free, verbal flatulence that pro Russia supporters on this thread spout.

T-64s were supplied to the ethnic Russian Ukrainians in Donetsk....because they asked for them. Russia has held back all their modern equipment from the get-go.
