These corps are more connected with the population [for example, the mass vaccination campaign in Italy has been managed by the corp of the Alpines in cooperation with Civil Protection].

When we unilaterally pulled out of the ABM treaty in 2002 - an aggressive act - then in 2007 announced a plan to put ABM's in nations bordering Russia - another aggressive act which destabilized nuclear detente' .. Russia was forced to take counter measures .. measures which were aggressive -- such as violating the short range treaty building short and intermediate range nuclear cruise missiles.

There are other examples .. but it would be moronic for one to claim that we are in no way to blame for Russian Aggression .. so silly proposition.
