If they had a strategy, it was a bad strategy. The troops should have pulled out last after they got out all the people and anything else that should be evacuated.

Biden pulled out the troops, gave up our air base and then sent in new troops. Now we are dependent on getting them out of an indefensible civilian airfield which is blocked by the enemy. Do you call that a strategy?
