Yes. Now the ruble has fallen. And what? For the Russians, this did not affect in any way. In March last year, the ruble fell even more - so what? Then he grew much more than he fell.
This is a natural process in the formation of new forms of international payments. Russians are moving away from trading in dollars and euros, so fluctuations (and sometimes significant) are expected. Is not it?
It is important that nothing has changed for the population within the country - for example, the price of gasoline has not changed, prices for housing and communal services have not changed, food prices have normal seasonal fluctuations (no more) ... prices for electronics and computers have fallen on average by thirty%.
Everything is good for the Russians.
Of course, given the growing global crisis, problems may also appear in Russia (even most likely), but there will be no shocks.
The West has introduced everything it could - and this will only make the Russians laugh.
