Vehicles are potentially a weapon when someone is behind the wheel. A lot of deaths and injuries occur from them, why isn't anything being done about curbing who gets to drive and who doesn't, a bit like guns hey?

Well, we had zero deaths because of the psychology of our school shooters, who decide to not go inside and kill everyone. Maybe this psychology could be advocated in American school shooters then the issue would be over.

Nope, I wouldn't suggest that approach for the US. Too many guns in too many hands for the government to do much about (at this stage).

We, in Australia, are happy with our approach though (topic of the thread). We don't want to go down your path.
