Of course the other possibility is that he IS doing his job. Just not doing it the way Trump wants (i.e. shutting down investigations into Trump, and not pursuing politically motivated investigations into Trump's enemies).

This is precisely why the DOJ has a tradition of independence from the WH.

 

In this case Trump shouldnt need to be telling him anything, he should have been on it. Trump is doing what we elected him to do which is be the boss of these do nothings. Sessions should get off his mousy little ass and start defending our laws. What is Trump supposed to do, keep letting him not do his job.
Secondly sessions has nothing to do with the Trump investigation, this is about sessions doing the job he accepted. The elf hasnt done a single thing since hes had the job except create more issues like this. Sessions should be on this as any American would agree, except he isnt. Trump has legal teams around him. I am in her area and want her prosecuted. She obstructed justice. Merely being a Mayor does not come with a flaunt the law badge included.
