The chairperson of the state committee of the political party represented by that elector shall appoint a person who is otherwise qualified to be the presidential elector. The replacement presidential electors shall cast electors in electoral college vote as prescribed by this section.
That's an exaggeration. It's perfectly normal for this or any President to temporarily suspend concession while the claims of voter fraud and tabulation errors are being investigated. Wrong again. There were no sufficient allegations of widespread irregularities in close races and untested mail in voting with those you mention. Your theatrics do not reflect on Trump, but upon you. The courts minus the media will determine the outcome because the left has abandoned all rights to honor and public trust.

A winner will be declared after the lawsuits and recounts are resolved - not after the Left's unilateral declarations of victory. Nowhere did I say the EC count is or should be 0-0 right now, and RCP's electoral map isn't showing 0-0, either. It's showing 259-214, which makes Biden short of the number of EC votes needed to win the election.
The electors haven't voted yet so it is zero zero. It's really not a hard thing to grasp. They vote on Dec 14 this year then the governors have until the 23 to certify it and send it to congress. All we have done so far is vote for electors, thats it. If Biden dies tonight it goes to congress who will pick Trump or some other qualified candidate and no, Harris is not qualified as she dropped out.

States are allowed to control their electors and disqualify their votes if they vote against the Will of the People. Many states have such laws, including Nevada and Arizona and Wisconsin and Michigan. but seriously, you really think all 36 DEMOCRAT Electors in PA are gonna flip for Trump??? why the **** would they do that?
They are allowed to throw them out or just punish the elector they are not required to do so under any state law. If a state does make that Law then the Court has said it must be followed. As I said, no state law requires a vote to be tossed and over 90 times faithless elector votes were counted. There has never been one that has been tossed even in 2016. What states would do is unknown at this point.
