The Law says...you can appeal if you pay in to Court (or get a bond etc) 120% of the Judgment amount you are seeking to overturn. That is writ in stone. It is the Law.

His real estate empire is mortgaged to its overvalued eyeballs. That’s the way Trump operates. He drains the equity out of his properties and pockets the cash to support his image.

Meanwhile, he markets his “upscale” brand to a lowbrow audeience.

It's all about delay. This is his lifelong pattern, ffs. He wants no trials and no convictions before the election, because if he wins, he can have whatever lapdog he appoints as AG to drop all federal cases.
