Where is a crime associated with the McDougall thing in the indictment? It is not a crime to hide you lawful indiscretions.

    Trump has not testified.

Trump’s lawyer’s statements are Trump’s testimony. If the jury finds that Trump’s lawyer lied, denying there was catch-and-kill scheme, that will render any other points of the Trump team as untrustworthy.

If it was to hide it from Melania, he should’ve paid her off when it first happened

Stormy wasnt asking for money when it is alleged to have happened. And he sent Cohen in 2011 when Stormy first tried to sell her story and he shut down the story without making a payment.

When you cheat on your wife with a sex worker, you have to assume she’s after something, did he think it was just his charm and good looks lol

Trump’s Pecker problem made it impossible to win this case. Two witnesses (Pecker and Cohen) described the Trump Tower meeting where the Catch-and-Kill scheme was discussed. Blanche, under Donnie’s instruction, denied the Catch-and-Kill. They lost all credibility with that LIE.

Pecker had nothing to do with the payments to Stormy and Trump wasnt charged for anything regarding McDougal. Amazing how easily they can distract people with such irrelevancy. And Blanche never denied "the catch and kill" meeting and instead highlighted how Pecker did the same thing with lots of celebrities, so I have no idea what you are even going on about a "LIE".

Yeah she testified that she thought he could help her with her career, not pay her a sum of cash.

Blanche can’t have it both ways. He denies the “Catch-and-Kill” scheme (see below), but then he states that” Catch-and-Kill schemes are common and not illegal. It was easily noticed by the jury to be untruthful. Catch-and-Kill was a scheme concocted by Trump and his cohorts.

    https://www.politico.com/live-updat...oney-criminal-trial/done-for-the-day-00160316

‘Blanche is now attacking the notion that the National Enquirer’s effort to “catch and kill” negative stories about Trump was a nefarious arrangement and a key part of a conspiracy to unlawfully influence the 2016 election.”

Yes I see. Cant you see that it demonstrates my point and refutes yours that Blanche "denied the Catch-and-Kill"

Garbage, and there is zero point in deluding yourself. He was charged with 34 counts of the same offence......one offence committed 34 times, convicted on all, and beneath each one was an intent to commit one of three crimes, and it did not matter which one the Jury selected, if not all. FFS, stop kidding yourself.

Yeas, but...there is zero chance she ever would have been trawling through his business records (even assuming she can access them) to sleuth some evidence that he***** had shagged some whore.

Exactly, you don’t create a shell company through your lawyer, to hide it from your trophy wife lol
I’d wager she’s happy he’s sweating on top of someone else for a change

If Trump paid for an nda every time he cheated on a wife, he really would be broke. Decades ago.

Blanche absolutely tried to convince the jury that there was no Catch-and-Kill scheme. The Politico quotes the exact statement to the jury. Call it a Lie. Call it Misleading of the jury. Whatever. Both Pecker and Cohen were the witnesses to this Trump Tower meeting. Case closed. Guilty!

To what did he need to testify? He had not even been told what are the crimes about which the jury would be deliberating.

??? None of those quotes "denied the Catch-and-Kill". AND nothing illegal about catching and killing a story.
