    Excellent news. Hopefully only the first of several indictments for his crimes, the most important one being for his actions trying to subvert the election in Georgia.
    That would have the most historical impact.

    NY law has ways to get around the SOL if he was out of state, we will see if it holds up.
    Not sure if they Are pursuing campaign violations, or if it’s based on the fraudulent business records.

    Especially if it's a full blown RICO case, instead of the more pedestrian interference with an election official.
