So, it is a puzzlement. Some claim they like his policies. A person with his poor character cannot have policies worthy of this nation. He sees it as serving some personal purpose for him( legally , etc) His slogans are shallow and meaningless.

well your concept of "good policies" are very different from many of us who actually live here in the USA. that his executive orders were overturned is not the same as him not advancing good policies.

 

The problem is that Republicans have thoroughly caved into the religious extremists, but these are not just any ol' run-of-the-mill Christians, these are Christians who knowingly or not subscribe to White Christian Nationalism. They want to enact a government based on their theology. The problem is that their beliefs are not only anti-democratic, they are cruel, misguided, and completely un-Christian.
