Obama's administration housed children that had arrived unaccompanied, and they separated adults from children they had arrived with if they had reason to believe they posed a danger to the children. Trump's administration made it a policy to separate families, intentionally, even if they had surrendered themselves at a point of entry legally.

Absolutely! Policies are something he he promises never meant to deliver. The ONLY promise he delivered on last time... that he actually had to WORK for... were tax breaks for billionaires. But that was only because it benefited HIM. How can anybody still believe that a bad person has ANY intention of delivering on his promises? If it's something that suddenly "falls out of the sky"... he'll do it. But if he has to move a finger to accomplish it... nah!

I think we got a VERY good person. There are at least 20 Democrats that I would have preferred. But that Joe is an honest guy, there has NEVER been any doubt. Just ask the creeps in Congress who have been trying to impeach him and, after almost two years and millions of taxpayer money, they found NOTHING to charge him with... or even impeach him... or even ACCUSE him of.

why make up something I never said? I deny that Trump has advocated "torturing children" and given that it is your side that supports partial birth abortion, you might be a bit more reticent about throwing that silly charge around. You know damn well why I will vote for Trump over Senile Joe. Judges, taxes and guns. and because Biden is supported by hard core gun banners such as you

No argument that Biden is not a pro-gun nut so you win that one. On taxes, you lose:

Judges? Really? You are a Lawyer, and you don't cringe about eg Cannon?

How can you possibly claim you know more about my taxes than I do? Biden's constantly whining people like me don't pay enough. So I don't lose-especially not to someone who has no clue about my situation and has no clue about American tax rates. that article is behind a pay wall.

I cringe about affirmative action cases who are picked for a bench that should have the best and the brightest. Jackson isnt' even close. Harvard hands out honors like candy. She probably wasnt' in the top 300 of her class at Harvard and not in the top 100 at HLS.

I obviously don't know your personal tax situation but in general terms, nothing is going to change after Nov 5 this year if Humpty*** succeeds.

I have no idea what you are referring to in your last paragraph.

2000 children separated from their parents. Under Biden, 85,000 children has been misplaced. Likely many of them as child slaves and prostitution.

Well the entire video doesn't say that without clicking on it.

But it brings to mind and interesting question. Are these the same kind of glasses that you have to look through to excuse biden's multiple examples of racism and racist comments?

Are these the glasses you have to look through to pretend that he didn't think he is qualified to tell black people whether they're really black or not based on who they vote for?

Are these the same glasses you have to look through to ignore the fact that he stated he didn't want his kids going to school in a racial jungle and opposed desegregating schools by busing?

Let's hear about those glasses bowerbird.

Oh do tell! Don't keep us all waiting with bated breath.

Oh you mean the excuses where they try to tell you that it was somehow different when other presidents did the same thing?

I copied and pasted it directly from your own OP, I did not have to write anything at all.... You know, the very first thing you wrote when you made the thread. Or were you just copying and pasting someone else's opinions without attribution?

So you are the one that wrote it. Are you going to sit here and deny it or do I have to go and copy and paste the thing that you made the original thread where you yourself said that?

Do you forget what you wrote so easily? Well here it is since you evidently need a reminder about what you wrote....
Right there in your first paragraph for anyone who has eyes to see and a brain to read it with

the affirmative action appointment to the USSC

Trump has never been convicted of rape. we get the fact that democrats, and those who want to be democrats, will believe the absolutely irrational claims of some twit who cannot even remember when Trump allegedly boned her in a small dressing room-in an area that was full of people and not a single person witnessed it. Or the fact that the same twit-in some laughable article in a magazine-has complained of being raped or molested almost monthly since she was a camper in her early teens.

I don't care if you think I believe in fairies at the bottom of my garden.

Fact is, a Jury believed Humpty*** sexually molested that woman, and there endeth the lesson for all time.

uh in australia do you actually care about things like due process, proof of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt versus a preponderance of the evidence?

Fact is, I couldn't care less about what a non-voter thinks about one of our candidates.

I am very mindful of due process which Humpty*** was served with 100% in the Carroll matter. After that due process, a Jury concluded Humpty*** (whom you support to occupy the highest position in the Western World) sexually molested her. That's a plain fact of history.

Fair enough, but you cannot avoid real facts concerning the arzehole*** you support. (Truth be known, my referring to facts likely does rankle you.)

Trump made multiple appearances on the Howard Stern show..Truly disgusting comments.

    https://www.cnn.com/2016/10/08/politics/trump-on-howard-stern/index.html

In an October 2006 interview, Stern remarks that Ivanka “looks more voluptuous than ever,” and asked if she had gotten breast implants. Trump is willing to engage in the discussion about his own daughter, telling Stern that she did not get implants.

“She’s actually always been very voluptuous,” Trump responds. “She’s tall, she’s almost 6 feet tall and she’s been, she’s an amazing beauty.”

I think it's important to know what the rest of the world thinks about the candidates. Having traveled around the world a little, other countries often do certain things better than the US. Exploring the "whys" and "hows" are important, all the way down to the politics.

Look I don't need someone who has never practiced in the criminal courts of this country telling me something that you obviously don't understand. You apparently cannot understand the difference between proof of guilt vs a preponderance of the evidence. Until you actually can demonstrate to me that you could pass a bar exam in one of the fifty states in the USA, I am not going to waste my time entertaining erroneous statements about a legal system you don't understand
