I agree with Trump on those two items. He's spot on.

• Mandates for something this insignificant is insane, goes against Science, and is anti-Freedom and anti-American.
  
• School closures putting the teachers ahead of the students is stupid as Sweden proved it doesn't matter if kids are even masked in classes.

Nancy Pelosi in 2018 talked about uprisings in response to Trump! That's a fact! The point is, that the same media which is crying about what Trump said, didn't care about Pelosi saying the exact same thing, because she's on the left.

 

Who do you think is listening to Trump outside of his avid followers within the Republican Party? Democrats aren’t. Although they are still acting like he’s president with their get Trump at any cost attitude. Most independents aren’t, they assigned Trump to the dust bin of ancient history. He’s no longer relevant to them. I’ll add, most independents don’t understand the Democrats fixation with Trump. Instead independents think the democrats should be focused on rising prices which is causing many of them to suffer. Worrying about whether they can afford gas, food, housing etc. in the future. Not Trump nor 1-6 hearings when there’s more pressing problems for them today.

Bottom line, independents don’t care what Trump has to say. Trump is basically talking to himself. Okay, to his supporters within the Republican Party also. No one else. Whether Trump is right, wrong or indifferent, it doesn’t matter when no one is listening to him.

 

One thing that makes these debates difficult is that we don't know, and cannot know other than through extrapolation, how many people are catching covid and either not getting sick, or recovering without ever being tested, much less hospitalized, much much less dying. Many are likely contracting it and don't even have symptoms because their own immune systems are so strong.

The CDC and the WHO can only guess at this number.

My own suspicion it that there are tens of millions in the USA, especially in rural areas, hundreds of millions in the world, who fall in this category. If the mild reaction of these millions were factored in to these virulence and mortality studies, it would give us a different picture of the seriousness of this disease.

And this is why I am against all vaccines. Just kidding on that last part.
