It seems to me what you want is Fair Vote
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FairVote
Vote for who you want, then your second and third choices and if no one gets a majority the bottom vote netter removed and their 2nd choice gets counted then third until such time as a candidate gets over 50%. As it is now the split can be 36% for "A" 34% for "B" and 30% for "C". "A" wins. But if the votes for "C" get recounted by their 2nd choice we could have "A " getting 36% and "B" getting "64" and winning handily with a much better representation of the electorate. No one can be a spoiler but a 3rd party winner becomes a very real possibility. Too few vote third party/independent for fear it just eliminates their 2nd favorite in favor of someone that they detest.

If I voted it would not be in favour of anything, but would be against Donald Trump. I see him as evil and don’t know what writhes and squirms around in his demonstrably stupid brain that mocks disabled people and boasts about preying on women.

    Biden's "Big Wins"???

Inflation Reduction Act? The gas I bought for $2.39 under Trump is over $3 now. The $5 ribeye I bought under Trump is over $15 now. The "Inflation Reduction Act" should be called the "Keep Prices Skyrocketing Act".

    The CHIPS ACT?
"The Biden administration recently promised it will finally loosen the purse strings on $39 billion of CHIPS Act grants to encourage semiconductor fabrication in the U.S. But less than a week later, Intel announced that it’s putting the brakes on its Columbus factory. The Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has pushed back production at its second Arizona foundry. The remaining major chipmaker, Samsung, just delayed its first Texas fab.

This is not the way companies typically respond to multi-billion-dollar subsidies. So what explains chipmakers’ apparent ingratitude? In large part, frustration with DEI requirements embedded in the CHIPS Act." (Opinion: DEI killed the CHIPS Act (msn.com))

    Gas Prices Plummeting?

Down from $5-$7 to $3 but still nowhere near the $2.39 when Biden took office. Thank you Mr Biden for such a great deal!!!!

    Lending Support for Ukraine ?

Just what China wants.. depleting our war stocks on a "who cares" like Ukraine end spending endless billions!

As I said, - use your vote any way you want. I am not trying to change your mind. I am choosing to not support either one of those fools.

I didn't day anything about what you wrote, I simply shared a fact.

Who said they would? My eyes help me form my opinion. If I see a politician organize an event next to the Capitol to rile up a crowd which then assaults the Capitol, then he obviously had something to do with it.

Ok, let's review what we should have learned in the THIRD GRADE. There are THREE BRANCHES in the US government.. the EXECUTIVE (President) that ENFORCES the law, LEGISLATIVE BRANCH (Congress) that MAKES the laws, and the JUDICIAL BRANCH (Court) that INTERPRETS the law.

Get it? LEGISLATIVE.... EXECUTIVE... JUDICIAL... separate and co-equal.

Trump isn't a sore loser. He left office in January 2020. Lots of olks doubted the validity of the election and some protested... as is their right. But it all becomes moot in November.

Tell you what, why don't you explain it then. Please, fill the forum with your knowledge.
    You won't because you can't.

Your question doesn't answer mine. Why?
Because you don't have an answer. Typical

a net tax payer is someone who pays more taxes to a government than they reap in benefits the bottom 50% of the USA are all net tax consumers. Many in the middle class are. Most of us in the top one percent are net tax payers. Federal prisoners for example-are net tax consumers. So are those on AFDC etc.

wrong-I don't have answers that conform with the woke mindset of the left. Mine are consistent with rational thought and to those who support a constitutional republic

Well, that is ONE of the definitions so we'll go with it.
So, in your opinion, the 1% are the ones that "make America great" and the other 99% are......what? Fodder for the 1%? Useful idiots for the 1%?
An argument can and is being made that the "net tax payer(s)" are the ones that use the system (that they set up) so as NOT to pay their fair share of taxes. Sure, you can throw out your ususal retort that they pay the most in taxes but the actual reality is that on a percentage basis, they don't. Of course, what is fair is also a judgement call.

In this case, there is no evidence of rational thought.
MY question was "What kind of proof would you consider "beyond a reasonable doubt"?" Not only did you not answer that question, you gave the nonsensical answer above.
My question has nothing to do with being "woke" or being on the "left". My question is what YOU consider "beyond a reasonable doubt".
Your answer only proves my point......you won't answer, because you can't. When in doubt, throw out a strawman.

so you think a left-wing judge can merely declare that Trump is disqualified because in that leftist judge's opinion he "engage in insurrection" despite no conviction, is proper?

Yeah, that's his job, giving his opinion and why he reached it.
Still doesn't answer the question. The judge you referred to made a call that in his mind (and over half the country) was beyond a reasonable doubt. The question to you is still what to you would be beyond a reasonable doubt. Trump didn't just complain that the election was "rigged", he plotted and schemed with others to overthrow the legal results.

I don't believe a judge-without a full born trial-following a grand jury indictment-should be able to designate the president as disqualified from running. I deny your specious claims about Trump

wrong- NOW you're talking about those on welfare. When you first answered the question you were specific about the bottom 50% and the middle class. Now you're back peddling.

If you believe it or not is irrelevant because that's the way it is.
My claims about Trump are fact. The fact you think they are "specious" is a a simple denial of reality.

Interesting tactic. When called out, throw out another strawman

    Wrong (again)
You're arguing that the SCOUS "stomped" on them because Trump isn't an insurrectionist (the subject we're talking about) when the reality is they simply ruled he can't be left off the ballot. The trial on if he is an insurrectionist is still to be held.
