Trump never tried to solve COVID-19. Rightly so, many states were reluctant to cede authority who described concern about the virus as a hoax.

 

I thought he would at least visit some of the covid patients while in the hospital as this is probably the only time it would be safe for him, but he did not

Listen to the scientist who said he could go home and he has made a remarkable recovery and it shows how far we have come in treating COVID under his administration and task force.

 

He declared a national health emergency, he urge governors to work with the reccomendation of the task force and that led to the social distancing and mask. He got the manufacturing to PPE up and running on a mass scale and the respirators we needed something Biden would have tied an anchor of government regulation and oversight he doesn't know how to work with corporations and private business nor do they trust him.. He sent hospital ships to the east coast and the west coast, he engaged in the military in logistics, he fast tracked vaccination research and cut through the red tape Biden and the swamp would have embedded it under a heavy government hand. He issued the travel ban which Biden OPPOSED and attacked him over it and only pretended to support it when the experts said it saved millions of life.
The fact is were this Biden he'd be in a hospital bed with curtains drawn around him unable to work, unable to take care of the nations business. It appears Trump worked all the way through it and is heading back home where he will continue while still under medical care there if he needs it.

 

He should have told the truth.

He stolled ppe from states cities and even the va just do he could distribute as he saw fit which means it depends on how much you praise him.

He also was super slow getting testing ramped up which is the most important thing
He has turned safety precautions into political theater with mask wearing and social distancing hence why he got sick and still having problems breathing.

Never once has he showed ANY sympathy for those that have lost like almost every president faced with deaths on their watch has.

had Trump got the virus before the meds came out, he would probably of taken hydrocodone and we all know that would have not turned out so well

A P100 is a bit of overkill, but I do have a few N100s. But generally I just wear an N95 but with an ASTM level 3 on top of it + neoprene rubber brace and goggles.

Sure, the idea is great but they are expensive and the lay public would need a huge educational campaign to learn how to wear them properly.

 

The damage was done by the unwillingness to spend money for some types of consumer items--travel of all kinds, dining out, malls, conventions--masked by shutting down some types of businesses likely to spread the virus. Restaurants, bars, clubs, concerts, conventions, cruise ships, schools--some closed to reopen with mitigation measures and some won't reopen as long as COVID-19 is around.

You must think you're smarter than everyone else. That they're too stupid to know what they want, and what chances they're prepared to take. That they would be taking their chances along with you.

I blame Trump for not respecting their choice--one they're going to make whether he likes it or not. You're not going to get the economy back close to normal until we get new COVID-19 cases wayyyy down.

I think that is the message Trump will take from this, I did not get very sick, so only weak people get sick

People can learn to wear a respirator, especially if we create a number of different designs. Now, not everyone will want to do that, but be could cut the transmission rate significantly if we encouraged people to wear by identifying the risk. It could be part of multifaceted plan to cut transmission rates in hot spots.

The O2 respirator is expensive but a lot of people don't mind spending a $100. I'm sure more and better will come along for less. I picked the O2 as an example because it's design is one I think people might use.
