Trump MAKING UP Stories about being arrested...
Some Bigfoot Worshipper on 8chan made an Idiotic Fantasy post about Trump being arrested on Tuesday...
And Trump, just like the Mentally-Deranged IMBECILE (which everybody knows that he is):
Repeats the Bullshit like a Parrot with Tourette's...

And did you notice the complete absence of any mention of "guidelines to the States to shut down"?

The Federal Election Commision determined it was a personal expenditure, not a campaign donation.

When they start putting barricades up around Court Houses, you know something is afoot.

You are projecting. That is not my fault. Your assumptions about me are purely a reflection of yourself.

Funny how where hush money is mentioned, settlement is also mentioned.

"Giving “hush money” certainly sounds shady, but attorneys say it’s not illegal to give someone cash to keep quiet about an affair...

"As part of a settlement, the accuser and her husband agreed to keep quiet in exchange for the money."

Nonsense. You know he's just released a new book, titled Get Trump.

Here he is again, and he certainly does not sound like someone who's lost their mind:

The constant attempt by leftist prosecutors to get former President Trump shows that we’re past “losing our minds, we’re losing our rule of law here,” Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz told Newsmax Monday.

Dershowitz continued by telling a story about his time as a civil rights monitor in the South in the early 1960s. He and the rest of his class were taught by the demonstrators not to spit on the sidewalk, because they will turn it into a felony, such as destruction of property, since “they’re targeting every civil rights worker.”

“Is this what District Attorney Bragg wants to emulate? The South in the segregation period, where they were “getting” civil rights workers?” Dershowitz asked “Rob Schmitt Tonight.” “Because that’s what this is like."

There are people who will do anything to “get Trump,” Dershowitz added. “They don't care about the Constitution. They think that Trump's reelection would be like the election of Adolf Hitler in 1932, and they prepared to do anything short of assassination. They're prepared to stretch the law.”

Clinton legally settled and did NOT pay "hush money" as you claimed.

    settlement:

    1. An agreement that ends a dispute and results in the voluntary dismissal of any related litigation. Regardless of the exact terms, parties often choose to keep their settlement agreements private.

Trump's "hush Money" was Not a litigated settlement,

It was paid 2 weeks before the election as not to affect the outcome in his opponents favor.

I expect, should Trump be elected President again, assassination will be attempted. None of their other attempts to "get him" have worked out. He's been villainize so much a threat to our Democracy that it's made assassination more acceptable. A nut might consider it a patriotic duty to kill him.

The money comes from campaign funds.

And Cohen got three years in prison for the same crime.

    Santilli's triggered demands.

"Put all of them up against a concrete wall and do what" continued in video. link.

'Right-Wing Radio Host Calls For Execution of Obama and Others if Trump's Indicted'

    Source: Mediaite

"Pete Santilli, a right-wing radio host, advocated recently on his show for the execution of former President Barack Obama along with former Attorney General Eric Holder and former National Security Advisor Susan Rice if former President Donald Trump is indicted this week — as Trump has claimed he will be.

This comes after Trump’s post on Truth Social over the weekend where he alleged that he will be arrested Tuesday stemming from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation over a hush-money payment to adult star Stormy Daniels.

The video was posted by Right Wing Watch on Twitter Monday and shows Santilli raging for the military’s involvement so that the “criminals” can be held accountable.

Sources say that another "unidentified witness" is supposed to testify on Wednesday.
Oh please-please let it be RUDY..lol

'Trump ally Robert Costello claims he destroyed Michael Cohen’s credibility before grand jury''

'One-time ally turned critic of Donald Trump’s former ‘fixer’ Michael Cohen gave testimony before Manhattan grand jury on Monday as possible indictment nears'

    snip:

"In an interview withThe New York Times, he said he tore into Cohen’s credibility.

“I told the grand jury that this guy couldn’t tell the truth if you put a gun to his head,” he said.

Mr Costello, who once worked as a legal adviser to Cohen and has previously represented Mr Trump allies Steve Bannon and Rudy Giuliani, said that his appearance was at times hostile and claimed that the DA’s office had “cherry-picked” information from more than 300 emails he turned over to the investigation.

They seemed clearly one-sided and not after the truth,” he claimed."

Jordon and Comer's letter to AG Bragg

'The key reason the DOJ didn’t prosecute Trump’s hush money case'

"Three powerful House Republican committee chairs are ignoring the fact that Team Trump derailed the federal investigation into the hush money scandal."

    snip:

"There is, however, a highly relevant detail that Republicans are conveniently overlooking."

"As Rachel explained on last night’s show, it’s true that this case was initially a federal case, initiated by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York. In fact, they’re the ones who prosecuted Michael Cohen, who paid Stormy Daniels in the hush money scandal.

At that point, did federal prosecutors conclude that the case was simply over and walk away? Not exactly.

What they actually found was that Cohen acted at Trump’s direction and to Trump’s benefit.

Why didn’t prosecutors pursue the matter further?

According to Geoffrey Berman — the Trump-appointed U.S. attorney in the Southern District of New York, who wrote a book about his experiences — it’s because there was political interference from other Trump appointees who ordered prosecutors to end their investigation.

did you read his guidelines, I posted the PDF of them - he most certainly did give them guidlines when to shutdown

and he also released guidelines when to open, which no State has met yet

but States are no longer paying attention to the Trump guidelines

    https://casetext.com/statute/code-o...licitation-to-commit-election-fraud-penalties

"A person commits the offense of criminal solicitation to commit election fraud in the first degree when, with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony under this article, he or she solicits, requests, commands, importunes, or otherwise attempts to cause the other person to engage in such conduct.""

You claimed that election fraud of the sort employed by Trump to the officials in GA isn't a felony. Your claim, your burden of proof. That's how debates work.

LMAO... I know just how you feel....everybody posts this meme from Willy Wonka for different threads, but it's SO appropriate here...

I just hope everybody remembers Mango was 100% wrong here... he created, then spread, false news.... the very thing he purported to be against back when he was still sane...
