Prove it! FFS, is he rich? No. Has he taken advantage of his position to pad his own bank account? Not that I've ever heard of. Does he take money from lobbyists? No.

So, what makes you think Biden is "money hungry?"

If you can't be specific, then admit that you're just projecting due to your own bias. You're entitled to your own opinion, but not your own facts.

On the contrary, I'm simply pointing out that you're posting negative views about a candidate that are without substance.

And again I ask, what evidence do you have that Biden is "money hungry?" How did you form that opinion? Did you read or see or hear something that has convinced you?

    There is this: https://www.forbes.com/sites/michel...idate-built-a-9-million-fortune/#4d6855f1104d

When Joe Biden was a student at the University of Delaware in the early 1960s, he spent a lot of time chatting with friends in his dorm. One day he asked a question: “You guys could be guaranteed—upon graduation—a job at the DuPont company, with a nice starting salary and a job for life, but you would never make more than $40,000 a year (some $340,000 today). Or you could take a job at half the salary, no guarantees, but there would be no limit to the money you could make. Which would you take?”

For Biden, the answer was clear. He told his buddies he would rather take the chance. More than 50 years after those dorm lounge conversations, Biden is finally seeing the benefits of limitless earning. Today Forbes estimates Biden, 76, and his wife Jill are worth $9 million. Their fortune includes two Delaware homes valued at $4 million combined, cash and investments worth another $4 million or so, and a federal pension worth more than $1 million.

    Hardly "filthy rich"

Bear in mind that financial advisors are claiming you need assets of 2 million to retire comfortably

Based on polling of US adults a net worth of $2.3 million is required to be considered “rich”. Biden’s net worth is around $9 million.

Biden has a lifelong history of using his political capital to enrich his family members. From his brother to his sons. Is he money hungry? Don’t know. But a lot of what he’s done has been done to enrich his family and himself.

Do I care? Nope. But Biden has the same baggage as any other politician when it comes to using political power to generate revenue.

$9 million isn't all that much by today's standards. By congressional "standards," that isn't much. Most of them end up much wealthier.

Can you prove that any of his or Jill's small fortune was acquired through corruption of any sort? Can you prove they didn't earn it? If not, then all you're doing here is talking partisan trash.

Where do you reckon it came from and why did it take 40 years to start mounting up? If you have chocolate on your face you probably tried the cake.

Don't know, don't care. If he had started out poor and was suddenly worth tens of millions, one could reasonbly assume corruption. But two intelligent, educated, successful people amassing a small fortune over the course of decades? Sound like the elusive "American Dream" to me.

Let me ask you this: Why is it a bad thing for Biden to be worth $9 mil, but a good thing for Trump to be worth billions? Or so he claims. Righties seem to find it bad when liberals have money, but not so-called conservatives. Double standard much?

Biden's wealth is all from his career in government, Trump's comes from his life in business.

Business dollars vs tax and graft money. Trump came to Washington rich, Biden got rich after he came to Washington.

Popular opinion in the US is that a $2.3 million net worth makes one rich. The threshold for being in the hated 1% is a bit over $11 million net worth. So Biden is in the top end of the 5% wealthiest demographic.

    Fine. Have it your way.

However, there was zero corruption in Biden's acquisition of wealth.

$9 million, made the old fashioned way -- by working for it.

It’s not my way. I personally don’t consider $9 million rich either. I’m just using the definition agreed to by society.

As I pointed out to you the other day, Biden has unceasingly used his influence to enrich his family. I’m not inclined to determine if any was kicked back to Biden personally. The fact he uses politics for financial gain of his family is enough evidence he has as many corrupt bones in his body as any other politician.

Problem is you failed to give examples of anything to back up your assertion
