You seem to become flummoxed whenever I precisely quote your messiah's documented words:

"It's under control!" It'll "go away!" “The people are getting better, they’re all getting better!" February 25, 2020

    VS

A global pandemic of the novel coronavirus has now killed at least 10,389 people in the United States. The U.S. has by far the most cases, with more than 347,000 diagnosed with COVID-19, the disease caused by the new respiratory virus. April 6, 2020

Translation: The Chinese and the WHO lied and people died but a poster from Britain wants to blame Trump for the Chinese and the WHO while ignoring the fact that his own government first went with the Herd Immunity philosophy and thus assured that countless more British ARE going to be infected than would otherwise have occurred but -- and this is the important bit -- it's somehow ALL Trump's fault. No charge for translating from leftist speak.

Which would be great if NY was the only state in the country. Unfortunately, most states are still in the upward slope of the disease. California is projecting their peak in early May.

Translation: I still prefer my Trump's insisting on February 25 that it's "under control!" It's going to "go way!" and that "Everybody's getting better!" to the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases warning on the same day that, “It’s not a question of if this will happen but when this will happen and how many people in this country will have severe illnesses. Disruption to everyday life might be severe.”

Maybe because you're not talking to him, you're supposed to be talking to me! (Or do you prefer bashing those who can't talk back?)

    Maybe you missed this line...

It’s over, guys. It’s already over.”

NY was the worst. Face it, this crisis is shaping up to be no different than past flu seasons. Actually much milder than most. Bad news for Trump haters. :(

Interesting how the party of the working man blocks a bill that helps the working man. It should be apparent that the Democrats could care less about the blue collar workers of America. If they did, why would they block a bill that "provide relief to American families who are suffering as a result of the coronavirus outbreak." It seems as though Congressional Democrats care more about hurting Trump than they do about helping their working man constituents. Please remember that when you vote in November. The Democrats threw American families under the bus just to get Trump.

They need to take it up with Andrew Cuomo........

Fascinating how now Medical equipment is an emergency, yet in 2015 NY spent $750 million on a failed solar power scheme. So NY now wants the rest of the country to bail them out after making a $750 million dollar mistake. They had the opportunity to buy 16,000 ventilators, but squandered it on "scandal-plagued “Buffalo Billion” solar power scheme".

What did Trump do in his first 3 years to replenish?

You need to ask him, but the fault lies with Obama/Biden after H1N1 (2009) which happened in Obama's first year as President. Ask him why he spent Billions on wind and solar power instead of making sure there was enough medical equipment.

Staying with the subject I quoted - it is ridiculous to assert that a previous administration is to fault for a present lack of preparedness...when the current administration had three years to make things right. It would appear that it is more attractive to assign blame rather than take responsibility.

If nothing health related happened during the Obama/Biden 8 years, I might agree. But H1N1 happened in 2009 and Ebola in 2013. Knowing the vulnerability, Obama/Biden used up the national reserves of medical equipment, it is unconscionable they used money to replace the medical stores on wind and solar power, much of which failed.

But you don't see it as unconscionable that Trump spent 3 years as POTUS and didn't think to replenish? Mind you, if he had been responsible enough to do that, he wouldn't have anything to blame on Obama, would he?

Using your logic Obama didn't inherit the bad economy after the housing crash.

Hey, I'll go along with your logic. Trump inherited a shortage. But what did Obama do with his inheritance versus Trump and his?

Obama/Biden didn't do much but waste over a billion in taxpayers money with a mean 1.8% GDP growth to show for it while ignoring the medical stores they spent on H1N1 and Ebola.

Ah, but they did hold a meeting with 30 of Trump's team in January 2017 to discuss preparedness for a pandemic. The result of that 3 hour meeting was for Trump to dismantle the very crew who would have ensured preparedness.

Trump took the oath of office and became President on Jan 20th, 2017. Unless you can prove to me when the meeting took place I'll assume they either quit on their own or Obama fired them.

The number of new cases in NY has not even SLIGHTLY gone down like that.

There are only 3 days that have had more new cases than April 6.

Suggestig this is over is just plain stupid.

In fact, it could cause people to pay less attention to their persoal and social behavior - which would make things wrose.

Why do you post crap like this Breitbart garbage?

Sorry you can't handle another viewpoint. Does hearing there may be fewer deaths than predicted make you mad?

Doing what we each can do, having our government showing leadership toward defeating COVID, is what is necessary. We are NOT getting that, obvioiusly.

And, failig to follow what our health care experts say is necessary isn't a signn of fear - it's a sign of STUPID.

And, it is a stupid that risks our lives and delays when our economy can reopen.

Homework assignment not accepted. There are several sources that reported on it. You can believe what you want.
