Yeah, men, including cisgender men, have been able to disguise themselves as a woman and use female bathrooms for HUNDREDS of years, let alone decades, pretty much for as long as the wig has existed. However, doesn't it stand to reason, that if a state or private business introduces these sorts of policies, then it will attract certain questionable people into female bathrooms who would not have otherwise been attracted? Take the Target policy for example. Once that policy was introduced, they had 3 incidents in three months. How likely do you suppose it would've been for those incidents to occur if Target hadn't have introduced that policy?
