Possibly, the difference you are missing is HRC has ZERO investigations on-going. TRaitor tRump is embroiled in many (so many I've lost count) investigations that ARE on-going as I type.

SO, while it's highly unlikely that HRC will be indicted anytime soon or between now and when she dies; there's a very good chance tRaitor tRump will be indicted before the end of the year and possibly before the end of ... next month, maybe THIS month.

TRaitor tRump IS CURRENTLY being investigated for many crimes and could be indicted for any or all of them. AND, he IS currently running for President of the United States. HRC isn't currently being investigated at all and has no plans to run for public office.

Trump IS on tape extorting a foreign President and trying to coerce an election official to alter the outcome of OUR 2020 Presidential election in his state. His lawyers have lied to the FBI and NARA about Government documents. No, that's not IT for tRaitor tRump, it only scratches the surface.

 

Using his term as president for example, it's safe to say their is ZERO chance tRaitor tRump would do A thing to Unite Americans.

Yes it is. The Espionage Act is very clear as to what constitutes a violation. Clinton's mishandling of classified material is an obvious violation.

 

Because a president can't prosecute someone, nor should a president be able to prosecute someone. We don't have some ****ed up system like Australia.
